    It wouldn't make any difference.
Not sure when. Maybe at the end of the week.

Don't think that's really necessary and the official tab is slightly different anyway. It's far easier just to loosen the screw a bit and shave the tab evenly.

I discuss it in (roughly) the section below:

I have to say, post fixes, I think I prefer the KO over my original. More solid, legs aren't floppy, bit more weight, backpack more flush, like the matt look, less prone to paint chippings...

I didn't open up the knees, just used WD40 silicone spray and both sets of ratchets work fine now. Didn't shave for ab crunch, just unscrewed 3/4 turns which is perfect for engage/disengage. Tamiya sky blue for eyes and nail polish/exacto knife for sorting out tabs and tolerances.

I'll be using him for photoshoots and posing whilst the original mp44 can sit in my shelf looking shiny away from wear and tear danger.

I have finally finished the PDF. I may add a few extra fixes or notes over time, but I will change the link in this post and will post a new reply to let you know it was updated.

I hope it will be of some use and that you will like what I have done. I am not 100% confident in posting it already as I am not sure it's completely finished but I wanted most to have access to it as early as possible.

    Enjoy

Good idea but I don't want to advertise myself. I think a moderator can probably put it in the first page instead when they have time.

Congratulations man, it's really a nice guide to help others with their fixes.

I'm back to mine, this time around trying to straight the right side of the cab front.
Managed to pull the pin, and disassemble the piece.

    20200904_170727.jpg

Next step, submerge the piece in a cup of boiled water, and try to align it.

Hopefully I'll be back with a successful update.
    Wish me luck...

Wonderful job, no wonder they call you a “God”!

I am missing the silicon lubricant, other I’m ready to battle those arm panels this weekend!

I am called God Orion because of my favourite Transformers God Ginrai who is, just like me, a truck driver. I would never call myself a god otherwise!

Thanks everybody for the kind words. It's really nice to see you appreciate the work as I wasn't sure this would be liked.
