SOME US stores are able to have the Chinese release pushed back if you believe the rumors you hear from a few Chinese store owners.

 

It just means that alot of people are still trying very hard to convince themselves and resist not to get it. Coming up with reasons and excuses such as.... Not big enough, too heavy, mace is not part of dino, chinese blabbing, etc. But they are about to climb over the fence and take the plunge to get this guy. Its like a drug. They wont be able to resist much longer.

 

You underestimate how indecisive I can be. Multiple times I've wavered until something goes out of stock and solves the issue for me - which usually proves I didn't want it that badly after all.

 

Haha iam the same way. Many times ive preordered something and its suppose to be released like 6 months after. During those 6 months i would cancel and reorder cancel reorder a few times.

 

I'm actually glad the staff isn't integrated. It would either make for a really stiff aspect of the silhouette somewhere (see SS Grimlock) or gradually weaken the hinge or connections due to the head of the pole mace being diecast, resulting in a bent or worse, floppy pole mace.

I agree. I think (hope) this one will be worth the money and I’ll be one of the lucky few with one hehe.

That sometimes ends in me getting a figure for more on the secondary market so I try to avoid doing that. If I don’t like something or grow bored with it I just sell it.

 

Oh yeah man. Before Covid changed the world Chinese sellers would be able to undercut plus ship in two weeks. I would go ShowZ or hzj for anything cheaper in price even if it were only $10 and I'd STILL choose them if hte prices matched because they were fast and there was no taxes charged.

Nowadays I am just not buying nearly as much and I have to admit I like taking a break. If anything I am looking at other things to collect like action figures and snapships and just relaxing. I don't miss the hunt at all.

You have a point, but while shifting things you don't want may be easy for you, it isn't for me - and the number of times I've missed something and regretted it for more than a few days is far outweighed by the number of times I've adopted something early and regretted it.

 

I've passed on things that i ended up regretting more than just a few days. More like a few years. Then i ended up having to pay 2 or 3 times the price than if i would have just got it in the first place.

 

That's a shame. I hope it doesn't happen to you again.

Not to mention, the point was all the babbling, and yes, that's something you mostly see with those crappy Bilibili Asian reviewers, and understanding the language doesn't change the fact that they're babbling like their life depends on it. That's why I mentioned Peaugh, because while I understand that language perfectly fine, it's still a lot of babbling. There are almost no English reviewers that go on and on and on about every stupid panel and peg on a figure. Yes! It's a peg! And it goes in that slot! I got it! You don't have to show it 5 times and keep on talking about it! It's a freaking peg! Jeez.

I'm not trying to change your mind. You do know that all I was saying is that your original comment was not clear enough, right? I'm really not sure why you're getting so defensive and upset. If you're this upset about a simple miscommunication on an online forum, I'm not sure how you get along in day-to-day life.
