The judge or the Alicon? I didn't think the former was shipping yet. Also, anyone else's Snapdragon from Target in shipping limbo?
Judge. I preordered a bunch of Earthrise right-away when it all went up; saved a lot of hunting this time 'round.
I'm not sure shipping is solely a Target issue; my Snapdragon from Walmart was pre-ordered ages ago and even though it is supposed to arrive in a week, it hasn't even shipped yet. Hasbro has a poor record as a distributor and Snapdragon sightings in-person are still scattered, therefore I would guess the toy has not been fully stocked or distributed yet.
My snapdragon is supposed to show up at work today. That said -- anyone want a snapdragon? I'm guessing we're all good since he seems pretty plentiful lately, but just throwing it on here before I return him.
Mine just got updated to today but at the same time Airwave got pushed back a few weeks. I feel like you're ahead of the curve here as I don't even think the "fell off the truck" reviewers have this guy yet. I'm still on the fence about him but it's such a unique figure and I'm glad HasTak took a run at it.
Got my Snapdragon from Hasbro Pulse. The figure has super-tight joints everywhere, no need for Future Floor Polish here! Really pleased with the QC. But it seems like Hasbro is hit and miss; the Sky Lynx I received has some very loose pin joints, especially in the wings. Different assembly teams, I'm guessing.
Richfield Target has nothing too interesting. Lotsa wave 2 ER Micromasters and those super-huge battle call bees. Bloomington Target had 2 leadfoots (one left). I also grabbed MP starscream because my wife said she'd chip in for half since i've been caring for her after surgery, so eh what the heck. XD Also, Leadfoot is really cool in both molds, but HOLY COW his accessories are trash. All of mine are either so loose they fall off or the ports are molded super poorly so they ALSO FALL OFF. It's a shame because he looks good with them on.
Update on the Snapdragon shenanigans: I actually got an email from Walmart that my pre-order was delayed (not unusual) because the "product manufacturer controls the release date for this product" (more unusual). Ergo Hasbro's dropping the ball, hence the many complaints of Snapdragon shenanigans as of late.
I don't know, Wal-Mart seems pretty incompetent when it comes to preorders. Target shipped my Snapdragon preorder out last week (arriving today), and I've actually seen Snapdragon at a Target store too. Meanwhile, I have a couple of preorders at Wal-Mart that did not meet the original release date and I got the same email blaming the manufacturer for the delay.
The fact that I saw no less than TEN Snapdragons at a single Walmart last week, makes me wonder if WM is mis-allocating their stock.
So, question: Which is the right way to have MPM Starscream's shoulders? Left: Swept back, or right: pulled forward? Neither seems to lock at all, and straight up this guy has the WORST instructions of any TF ever, so I've basically been transforming him just based on the box pics. Also I get why people like this dude. I fell off the MP wagon due to price, but this guy is just a delight even with garbage instructions. He feels STURDY, which is double nice.
I think it's up to you as far as the shoulders... that's how I interpret it anyways. Just another option for posing.
As far as I can tell, it's intended articulation, similar to an armpit/butterfly joint on a marvel legends figure.
Target Blaine north 109th - Another MPM Starscream popped up there Walmart Blaine north Ulysses - There was a G1 Blaster on the top shelf shoved back a bit, but the box was open so I skipped it since I already have it preordered anyway. Don't know if anything was missing, I didn't look that closely, but at least Blaster himself was still there.
Trio of Leadfeet, two Mixmaster, a Scrapper, and two Scavenger at AV Target off Cedar. Also, Slitherfang and Rung are well supplied.
