Bought that Redwing. I’d regretted missing him the first time and I’m glad for the second chance.

Nice to see people getting the new SS figures. I have Cliff coming from Amazon tomorrow, and just am not sure about Soundwave or Topspin.

 

Thats super interesting and exciting. Good lord I am ready for this wave to appear.

 

Soundwave looks like crap in both modes. I love the Wreckers but I wish Topspin’s guns were all hard plastic instead of the soft plastic. Cliff I like but 25% of him is clear plastic so we’ll need to be wary of breakage

 

Springdale Target has 1 Blitzwing and Skipjack, 2 MPM Starscreams, and 3 clone sets

 

I like Soundwave's bot mode from the pictures we've seen, but im not in a rush to get him. Biggest thing im happy about is that my Amazon pre-order for CJ was 16.99, so im not paying the full 20. Outside of Cliff and Blitzwing, recent studio series just isnt my thing much.

 

Got the last SS Topspin and Cliffjumper at Target Colerain. They still have 2x Soundwave, 1x Blitzwing, and 1x Skipjack.

And 1 Cobra Commander.

 

Agreed. This soft plastic on Topspin is absolutely awful. So far out of all the SS Wreckers I like Leadfoot the most. Like I love that squat box of robot pudge. Roadbuster and Topspin have too much QC/engineering issues for me to really enjoy them. At least the headscuplts rock and the car mode are all the weaponized ones.

I will eventually get ROTF Soundwave, I think he looks good and simple!

Oh wow, I must have missed Blitzwing. I was so shocked to see the Joes I guess I missed them!

 

Shit, I skipped pre-ordering since I always seem to find them in stores before websites get them in. Does anyone know where Earthrise's wave 2 deluxes are still in stock online? I may try my luck with that instead since we still don't even have in-store sightings yet.

Picked up Topspin at North Canton Target tonight. Wow. Seriously disappointed in the rubber weapons. Almost a complete letdown to the figure. I sincerely hope someone comes up with a 3rd party fix. Right now every gun in the box can shoot around a bloody corner.

 

I ordered him today. Topspin is also available for that price, but he doesn't ship til much later.
