all the blue are dark blue now.

back then the whole grey parts on ER prime leg are formed by 2 grey pieces. Now the front inner piece is plastic blue.

If Earthrise Megs is built the same way Siege / 35th Anniversary Walmart Megs were then you push out one long pin and the tank treads come off. That's it. I did that to both of those figures to give me a more 'toon accurate robot mode.

Come to think of it, all of this mainstream partsforming stuff started happening once Unicron was greenlit...

 

I wonder how far they’re willing to go with these Diaclone updates? Because if they sudden pulled a new character black Ironhide and new character red Mirage (they have a toy accurate head already in play), then man, I’d likely be all in on these Diaclone guys. I was originally going to stick with the MP versions, but these could be cool too with a lot more fiddleability.
