been in the uk for 7 days ...last 2 times i had a parcel held in customs status with parcels from the usa they put a knife through an expensive limited edition bomber jacket when they cut open the shipping packaging and then delivered it to me with the outer packing taped up with no acknowledgement that they had damaged it !! luckily the person i bought it from i knew so he sent another to me free of charge , and they cut open the other shipping packaging too damaging the item box , they don't give shit if they damge anything

 

finally got my ransom note from parcelforce , they charged me a higher customs charge than what they charged me for cybertron i swear they make up their prices as they go along

Just took delivery of a certain Vanguard class starship, only 4000 miles on the clock. That and Cybertron as well. Porclefarce borked me with a ridiculously huge import bill, but even that can't spoil the sheer joy of owning these two pieces

it was £50 odd for me can't remember the exact amount just know it was over 50

 

Bearing in mind the parcel was for Cybertron w/stand as well as the Ark, but there was nothing on or in the box indicating value...

The hell? If there's nothing indicating value and it's a custom from Etsy, how the hell do they arrive at an amount, and especially one that high? Shouldn't they have looked at it and said, "Hm, toys," and figured it was worth like $50 or so?

I love it! Kind of funny that I started out doing Special FX for movies, and now that I have my own shop I've come back around full circle.

BTW, the I'm starting the molds for the Nemesis this week. I got slowed down by an injury/ flu combo and I'm now rushing to catch up.
