Ok, so here goes... I have been a very long time collector and long time member of TFW2005. I have made a handful of sales and purchases on here but, generally I have never been in a position where I had any need or desire to sell off large portions or all of my collection. At this point, my wife and I are planning to move into a larger house for our daughters and dogs, and getting approval for the home loan will be contingent on paying off a rather large loan that we already have.... so that is my big sob story lol. I'm hoping to sell off a LOT of figures in hopefully a pretty short amount of time and use those funds to pay off the loan and move my family. I will be putting an asking price next to most things that I list. I have been doing a bit of research, and the prices I am putting are on the low to average end of what I have seen things selling for on Ebay and other sites (sold not outrageous list prices). It looks like the ebay prices you used were for Mint in Box items or at least items 100% complete with packaging. Without boxes, packaging and instructions you may have to accept 30% less than your asking prices. I would make an offer for FT-10 Phoenix, but it would be half of your price.
