Arcee is by the same designer who did Herohobby Grimlock and Magus. Not sure why they didn't continue with the dinobots tho.   Slag was next.

 

This is the first time I'm seeing these guys! I wish they weren't a fortune nowadays.  

 

I think my favourite thing about this design is how her left arm isn't actually attached to her body, and is just floating freely. Amazing engineering!

 

Can't wait for the "I wish this was MP size" remarks.

 

Was hoping for a great legends Arcee. Ended up with the big headed toddler figure.

 

I thought I remembered seeing this before: FYI - Magic Square SD G1 (not Arcee)

 

This. They can do as they like, I suppose. But I would love to see a non (to be applied to all of the following) cutesy/big-headed/manga/big-eyed Arcee in legends format. DX9's is okay-ish, but never hit the mark for me. You know MS or NA could do an awesome job of it.

Kind of hoping the line "next new product information" refers to more usual MS legends figures. One of which might just be that awesome legends Arcee, and not more of....that thing.

 

Okey, so now we have...let’s see...big boobs Arcee, high heel Arcee and this big head Arcee...What’s next?

I think this is pretty neat, and would maybe consider it in Combiner Hunters colors.

But, uhhhhh... why is the 3rd Party Legends Master Thread locked after this was also noted in that thread!?

She'd make a nice desk mate.

 

I love the little touches added to her design! Like fins on her forearms and wheels on her shoulders. Makes her look more like a robot that turn into something else, rather than a robotic princess leia with a backpack on

 

I'd completely forgotten about this. Looking pretty good. Wish she was a little more sleek looking but all in all I'd say they've done a pretty decent job. Can't wait to see more.

I have to imagine that Hasbro is watching this closely and if it’s successful we’ll get similar official deformed versions of the core characters. It’s just an obvious subniche.

 

That better mean something other than more funko pops.
