Solved my arm issue. Turned out to be operator error...I didn't know to swing the smokestack out before collapsing the arm. Silly me for not having instructions and trying to wing it.
Hey bud, how hard up are you? Are you patient as a tortoise am I? I will attempt to do my first youtube review with Fire Scorpion. I don't know how youtube works...but I am imagining after 1000 subs, I will buy a $3000-6000 printer and will print carbon fiber parts for ppl...for free (based on figures I own). Now of course I imagine each piece will take a minimum of 24 hours to print too.
Does anyone have a tutorial on how to fix the knee? I mean the funky new part that is cut when people receive it sometimes, not the part that is known to break since the original MP-44. Edit: Eyes done!
What part snapped exactly? Is it broken or is the pin out? They are the same thing. There is only one fix for the knees, so check the MP-44 fix thread.
Gotcha, looks like mine were snipped at the factory anyway. Didn't think they were but no they definitely were. A few pics:
a pin in my matrix chamber is missing so it sticks out at one side and in truck mode causes robot mode grill to stick out at one corner so it doesnt roll properly. Forgot to mention that when I got him.
Are you referring to 3d printing. Been doing it for months, built all sorts. And yeah you do have to have patients especially how slow domestic printers and how unreliable they can be at times. The waist has/had in my case. A plug that sits in the Upper waist Hole and then the pin is screw into lower waist to hold the upper waist down. The problem is the screw was only long enough to just pass the plug by like 1-2mm so bit that snapped clean, cause it had barely any support from the screw for stress. I would show the screw but I lost it. Not like it matters I wasn’t planning on using it anyways.

Widespread issue this. Mainly due to the ab-crunch being so tight. I will have to add it in my PDF but you can replace the pin with a screw. It just needs to be tiny and with a flat head. I am out tomorrow to try and find the right reference.
Hello, for the problem of the broken hip I think that even if they send the piece it cannot be put on, or in the end it will end up breaking the same with use, the problem is that the metal pin is too short, all the force is exerted on the plastic, also bad plastic.
Transformed back to bot mode this morning and all seems well, I tried removing the gunk in the tab slot of the hand to see if he would hold the gun better, that proved to be a mistake as now the gun is looser in his hand that before, can still get him to hold it but falls out with any movement. So opted for a two handed pose for now
Yeah agree with all of this. Will be attempting to 3d print a replacement and hopefully find a screw that will go deeper down
Don't worry, I have a close friend who provided a fix. I will add it in my PDF! Add a bit of nail polish in that hole mate. Should work well enough. Keep us updated on that 3D printed replacement. But all you need is a screw. You indeed have a private conversation! The PDF is now 25 pages long. But I still haven't got my figure to take all the pictures for all the fixes. So great to write though! I hope you will enjoy it!
Dang...yellow eyes or blues eyes now....hmmmm. Someone make a poll. I'm curious now how many people like which color for his eyes.
Has anyone done the windshield/windscreen fix? Someone mentioned steel wool would make it less translucent/add a frosted effect to it.
My plan is to do the Season 1 head in yellow, season two head in blue, and leave the damaged eyes dark. Also, after 23 days my shipping FINALLY updated to being in Chicago and is due for delivery Wednesday. Fingers crossed I get a good one!
