    That means only some users have access to the coupon, as opposed to everyone in the market. Always worth a try on the targeted coupons. It didn't work for me this time.

    Same here, used it to get MMC Volatus for $76 shipped to the door.

    However it didn't work for my wife.

    Based on the email I got today, HAPPY25 is targeted to accounts that have been on ebay "almost since the beginning."

    That checks out for me. I've had the account since I was 23 or so. (I'm 47 now).

    Not a deal... I know ... just thought some of you might enjoy the anecdotal evidence behind the eligibility logic.
