Topspin is actually just a scumbag and when his head got damaged he lobbed off his recently deceased friends head and made it his own and fled the country.

Galvatron couldn't believe humans would create a Transformer that dispenses unhealthy organic matter instead of missiles. As a result, Oreobot was not under Galvatron's control and survived, now chilling as a vending machine and giving discounts on cookies. He does not join the Autobots due to some arm-getting-shot-off incident.

Could this be accidental/possibly intentional foreshadowing of Sentinel's betrayal? It may just be an obvious cheeky Jurassic Park reference, probably. However, The mirror may warn us that enemies- represented by the Dreads- are a lot closer to the Autobots than they would seem.

Onslaught and Hound are two different layers of the same being in the Bayverse: Shrek!

    Think about it.

    -They're both green.
-In TLK, their vehicle modes both have tally marks for the number of enemies they have killed. They're both the only robots in the movies whose alternate modes have them.
-They're both like onions. Hound openly loves fighting and violence and initially hates all humans, but he is a loyal ally willing to fight to the death, and he ends up caring for the Yeagers, just like Shrek ends up caring for Donkey and Fiona. Just like people look at Shrek and say, "Ah, a big, stupid ogre!" fans also looked at Hound's pole face and said, "Ah, a big, stupid, ugly Santa Bot!" They then looked at the fact Hound enjoys fighting and decided these Autobots weren't worth it. People judged Hound and Shrek before they even knew them! Then you have Onslaught, whose head is the size and shape of a giant onion, and just like onions make people cry when they're cut, so too does Onslaught getting his head cut off make Decepticon fans everywhere cry! Waah! And then there's Onslaught's line of, "You're going to need a bigger door!" which is interesting considering Shrek's house in his swamp could also use a bigger door!

Galvatron should’ve gone to Tokyo to detonate The Seed.

Well he had to get the Seed first before that happened...and Hong Kong was where the humans brought it! And he never got it.

I think that the G1 models of their characters are only a fraction of their characters, and evolve as the eons of the war go by, for example prime may have looked like his G1 self, but then evolved into his proto form, then when he came to earth, he took the form similar to his. This would apply to everyone else, basically. Their personalities can change too, after all- an eon+ years war can really change you.

This random Dread like Vehicle driving alongside Galvatron and Stinger in Age of Extinction isn't a reuse of old footage from Dark of the Moon, but is in fact Berserker from The Last Knight. And the reason Megatron didn't push hard enough for Berserker's release was to give him some hope of his release then take it away because he almost blew Megatron's cover in the last film.

Here's one: Age of Extinction hints at the evolution of ornithischian/marginocephalian dinosaurs through time!

In the opening scene, we see a Psittacosaurus squabble with some heterodontosaurids. Now heterodontosaurids have often been considered to be basal ornithischians, although some recent research suggests they are early marginocephalians (the group that includes beaked and horned ceratopsians and dome-headed pachycephalosaurs) and perhaps early pachycephalosaurs.

Psittacosaurus is a primitive ceratopsian, so regardless of the exact placement of heterodontosaurids, it's closer to Triceratops and kin than it is to heterodontosaurs/pachycephaolsaurs. Furthermore, we see the psittacosaur surviving the blast by outrunning the blast of the Seed detonation, and we later see it observing the Creators harvesting Transformium!

Now keep in mind, this is at the end of the dinosaur days, and so far, there are no known psittacosaurs or heterodontosaurs from the end of the Cretaceous, but either way, in the present day, you have Slug, who is a fictionalized, alien Triceratops made of Transformium. The Late Jurassic/Early Cretaceous ancestors of Triceratops would have likely been much smaller, bipedal, beaked animals like the psittacosaur (although probably not Psittacosaurus itself).

Either way, when the lone Psittacosaurus whacks away one of the heterodontosaurids with its plumed/quilled tail and escapes from the Seed, it's beaten the overwhelming odds of its past as a small animal in a dangerous world! Furthermore, by gazing upon the Creators' ships and fields of newly created metal, it's looking at its future as a giant metal behemoth who, like a real full grown Triceratops, has very few enemies that can successfully bring one down!

It's the evolution of marginocephalians/ornithischians from tiny little opportunists (the heterodontosaurids trying to get some of the fish, perhaps for protein or calcium?) to true early ceratopsians to the giant frilled and horned beasts of Late Cretaceous Asiamerica!

This is more of a what-if I had been thinking of on observing them filming in Chicago a decade ago.

I remember watching parts of the filming where Sam is thrown around on a cable after trying to take on Starscream. I had no idea what the metal glove on Shia's hand was at the time, and did think at the time: what if after being on Earth...the Transformers accidentally unleashed some form of "cybertronian virus" on the human population?

It was somewhat based on a scene from an old IDW comic, but the idea being that people found themselves or parts of themselves slowly turning to metal.

The two cars that Cogman drove in TLK was actually his transtector and he might even have more in storage. Cogman is able to access his head mode in TLK but when he connects with his body it unleashes his inner rage.

Sir Edmund Burton forbid him from transforming into his head mode unless he manage to control his rage, that is why he told Cogman to act like a butler and do the cleaning around the castle to channel his impulses into other things.

But by the time the events of TLK Cogman still couldn't control his anger which is why we never see his head mode.

It's a shame the possible scene where he took Nitro's body didn't happen. This could be a moment where Cogman finally was able to control his anger or let loose his pent up rage after Burton was killed by Megaton.

Crosshairs not getting along with others could explain why he was so adamant on Bee and Drift killing eachother so he could take charge.

I like the idea of Soundwave returning with his RotF design. Maybe he could be Soundblaster use these colors? I really wish they’d brought him back.

Shockwave and The Driller came down to Earth during the events of the first movie. Optimus has a run in with Shockwave shortly after he defeats Bonecrusher. Shockwave does dawn the 2007 Game model. After being badly wounded by Optimus the Driller arrives from the ground and Shockwave retreats. Shockwave upgrades his body while underground. He returns for minor points during ROTF (as seen with the easter egg of Shockwave on the poster during the Devastator scene). He later returns in DOTM.
