Weird, there were a few on the pegs and a bunch on the shelf above all the figures. I remember specifically seeing a stack of Hounds. Their toy department was a bit of a mess when I was there though.
Yeah I noticed the dept was a little crazy. Might be doing inventory or something because I noticed a bunch of white tags everywhere. Oh well, no biggie. Thanks for letting me know though. I’ll probably try again in a few days.
Sorry for the delayed response. There is a price tag shelf of MPM Screamer at both Targets in Northlancaster and Keizer Station but I have yet to see him. Netflix Chromia however, I saw her in Turner Walmart a few weeks ago with Hotlinks, Megs and Mirage. Turner Walmart is always the way to go since Northlancaster is always messed up and Southsalem Commercial does barely have anything.
Not particularly interested but MPM Starscream I believe is at Jantzen Beach Target. As of this post there's two still in the shipping case on a cart in the toy section.

I was able to pick up a single SS Overload at the Hillsboro Target this afternoon. Unfortunately, it was the only one. Fair Warning: It gave me an 'item not found' error at self-checkout. The person that helped me could not find the item on their handheld. I was able to pull the Target listing up on my phone. "More Details" appears to list a street date of Oct 1. The person either did not see this, or ignored it and put the DPCI number into the checkout and the sale went through.
.... where was the Overload? I was there a few hours ago and didn't see it. Anyways I'm at Mall 205 Target. One Overload which I picked up. Voyagers Sentinel Prime and Scrapper. One MPM Starscream.
Hmm, they were just in the TF section where the SS leaders normally are.... I did see a cart that still had boxes on it at WS Target, so maybe they were fresh on the shelf when I found them. I forgot to report that there were a couple MPM Starscreams at WS Target too. I wish they'd stock MPM Jazz maybe. I have no interest in MPM Starscream...
Grabbed a lone Studio Overload from Cascade Station Target this morning. Didn’t ring up, but I showed the attendant his page on the Target app and got him for $30. Nothing else of note there. TF selection was pretty sparse.
Keizer Target has 2 mpm Starscreams. I left them both despite really wanting one, it’s just a tad expensive for now considering there are a lot of other stuff I want and I don’t have any other mpms. Keizer Ross had about 4 Springers, 1 Starscream, 2 Hounds, and 1 Brunt. I left them all, the only one I want is Cog and he wasn’t there.
One SS Blitzwing and one Cyberverse Arcee at Beaverton Target as of 7:30ish No luck on Baroness w/Bike unless it is still not unpacked yet. They told me there is a lot of stuff still to be put on the shelf so who knows... The DPCI number for it is nearly useless, both in-store and on brickseek.
