I ended up using ShopMate through Australia post to nab this and the Prowl/Ironhide 2-pack just now.

Those Coneheads are LONG gone (and scalped to high heaven) but 2 out of 3 isn't too bad.
Hopefully I'll be able to get the Seeker Elite 2-pack through Jungle or Mandarake some day.

 

I guess technically it’s not exactly accurate to Sunbow, but I was just talking about the helmet. I’ve just never found how the black/dark gray crest on the white helmet could be very visually appealing, especially in comparison to the Marvel colors. On a second look, the black crest doesn’t look that jarring now that the rest of the body has similarly colored parts, but even if they did manage to make it look less ugly, at what cost? The dark gray parts have replaced the red. Ratchet’s main colors are supposed to be white and red. It’s a bummer to see him with barely any red. Which is again why I prefer the Marvel colors. The red helmet goes nicely with the rest of the body, since there’s red all over. A colorless white helmet looks bland, and a dark gray/black crest on top of it (when there is none of that color anywhere else) makes it stick out like a sore thumb.

Good luck with that big buddy! Jungle prices are waaaaaay out there. Mandarake hasn't been helpful lately with the Earthrise line. Seems no one in Japan is letting go of theirs.

Where do you live?
Jungle ships to Australia in less than a week usually, and the shipping is pricey, but not outrageous (no worse than I'd pay at BBTS, except it doesn't take a month to reach me)

 

Depends on what vintages you need. Shipping is not the issue btw as I already factored that in.

As for BBTS, I have several Earthrise figs I had to cancel as they are all preorders in their site which I managed to score already available from others:

Astro squad
Racetrack patrol

Airwave (I cancelled my Amazon order because they yanked it of my POs) and Bluestreak I got a committed source (who also delivered me the two I mentioned and the coneheads set from Japan)

Even Amazon would not even commit to Grapple and Soundbarrier

Well I guess the Australian dollar is more comparable to the Yen than whatever currency you have

 

Just noticed an interesting tidbit, looks like the galactic odyssey figures are not branded for earthrise, they’re like selects and Netflix where they’re just branded wfc trilogy

 

On the outside of the box maybe, but on the inside is a big "EARTHRISE" on the top flap

Yen is worth half in my neck of the woods. But I get bigger bargains at Manda over Jungle. Same item,cheaper price.

 

This gives me hope for an earth mode sideswipe, seen on earthrise artwork but not yet in the main toy line

they do have the earthrise logo inside though

 

With the rear spoiler/bar or whatever term is used? I'd get one!

 

It's probably been said already, but this is getting silly. Line getting pushed out quickly and made up of more exclusives than there are regular releases. Hasbro are really taking the proverbial now.

Yea, this is classed as a Collectors Line, but they're still toys for kids, and when G1 was out we normally had months to pick up figures, not 10 minutes to pre-order it.

 

I’m a huge Marvel Ratchet fan... but he really doesn’t have a LOT of red. His helmet and hands are red, and other than some pinstriping, he’s all white. Even his face and eyes.
