Someone, somewhere, will share it. It's basically inevitable without some form of DRM. And once it's out there, in the wilds of the internet, it can never be fully removed or taken down. It only takes one person. And we all know well-enough, that some people are simply assholes.

Yes, and I'm agreeing - I'm just stating it more plainly. But I'm also saying that a gentleman's agreement isn't going to keep assholes from doing whatever tf they want. Some people will smile, nod and agree to your terms, and then spit in your face as soon as they think you can't stop them.

 

Obligations need to fulfilled and backers need to be made whole. I think doing the electronic version helps in making that possible. DRMs/Watermarks/Secure Expiring Downloads can help with facilitating that. In the end, it's up to the backer if they release their copy to the wild.

 

So, I didn't get in on the comic Kickstarter but I'd chip in now towards a finished product of some kind.

 

It's up to CZ, of course, but I suspect that if you were to make a private donation to him at one of the digital-only KS tiers, you could be added to the digital copy list and receive the comic when the rest of us do - that wouldn't involve printing any extra physical copies or receiving any physical items and so have extra complications. I believe $5 got you a digital copy of the first issue and $25 got you all six issues.

For the people asking for a graphic novel, we would have to fund another 100 pages of art, colouring and lettering and then fund the actual production of the graphic novel itself. I would love to see that happen, but realistically we need to get issue one out first and see if that opens a pathway to an issue two.

I want the Kickstarter backers to get something unique but I will have to hit minimum order quantities and have enough spares to cover damages or lost post, so there will be some extra but I will keep the first print run incredibly limited as a Kickstarter exclusive. Maybe two weeks after I'll send out the digital copies. I want the first experience to be in hand for the backers. Who have been incredibly patient.

These first prints will also be used to shop to different comic companies in an attempt to find a home for the six issue series as I think that is the best path to a full six issues and hopefully a trade paperback collection.

I do not recall this guy. There should be seven bikes with a little guy, one little guy in the weapons pack. Who is Road Rash and how do you get him? Does he even have a specific head sculpt and/or bike like the others have?

 

Basically if you buy the Prospect add-on pack, it comes with enough parts so you have a choice to make Brasso or your own Prospect, which could be Road Rash or your own design.

 

Is the Road Rash head sculpt different from all other head sculpts?

 

I believe we left the Prospect head fairly generic, and its up to you to customise it.

 

Road rash has the same generic face as IRide.

I have some panel lining solution I've been thinking of using on him, but also, lazy. Also I see that Otomo there, I want one.  

 

I see them on the Bay of E(vil) every now-and-again. Just keep your eyes peeled, you might get lucky. Also, Facebook sales groups; put the word out, someone looking to sell may find you.
