When I transform mine back I'm going to have to deal with the wrists and the wipers. The only problem is that I find putting the wipers in so dark difficult that I think the glue would dry before I successfully seated them. Do you think putting glue in from the back of the cab parts while the wipers are already in would do the job?

For a second there I thought you'd somehow mounted a gigantic Wheeljack head to his body for some crazy reason and I was really confused.

I hope the glue from the back works because that's what I did :D  I used UV glue, though, so my working time was pretty much as long as I wanted. It's also what I put on the wrist ball joints, though I need to do another coat - I was being careful not to do too much and I guess I was too careful. But yeah, I'm pretty sure going from the back of the wipers will work just fine - you can easily access both of the parts that stick through so it's easy to just put a dab of glue there.

So I noticed something while taking pics. If you leave his eyes turned on, they turn themselves off after a while. Did we know this? I don't remember hearing about it. It's nice because I rarely use light up eyes just because I don't want to deal with batteries running out or having to remember to turn them off but if I can turn them on and just kinda forget about it, that's pretty cool.

Anybody here remember what the locked in price for the standard edition was at ShowZ? I got mine at the locked in price for the deluxe, but since they accidentally sent me the standard and I don't want to go to the trouble nor wait for a replacement, I'm just going to ask them to refund the difference. I wanna say it was around a $15 difference or so but I can't remember exactly.

Mine just showed up by surprise from ShowZ. It is the most amazing looking floppy mess of a toy. No, not really a toy... Reminds me of the frail designs of transforming resin garage kits, except loaded with diecast. It is an awesome display piece, crappy to touch. Mine came without instructions so I will just enjoy everyone's pictures of the truck.

His chest flopping is pissing me off. Do the windows lock in place over the silver stripe, or is that a pipe dream?

    Gorgeous......GRRRRRRR.......awesome......DAMMIT.........sweet.........AWWWWWRR........perfect, don't touch it!

Thank you. They got back to me and told me they couldn't get me the deluxe accessories. No surprise there - I figured it was a long shot and if I were running their customer service, I wouldn't have done it either. So I asked to be refunded the difference between $172.99 and $159.99. Honestly, even if I couldn't get the refund, it wouldn't bother me that much. This figure's price shot up so much after I got the locked in price, that it still feels like I got a good deal either way.

I swear if this ever goes on clearance in the U.S. I'm gonna get one. I was down for the deluxe at my preorder proce of $170, but then baba had to go and ask for an additional $50 for shipping. But if he goes under what I was originally willing to pay for him, I'll bite, qc issues and all.

    It just. Looks. Gorgeous.

There’s a way to lock it in, steps are on the first page, although not having it locked in gives him a ab crunch

I don't have my figure in front of me, but I believe he still has a ab crunch with the chest loocked in.

Frankly, I don't even think it's designed to lock in at all, the gap is obviously there to allow for the upper ab crunch and torso side tilts/twists, which works fine on mine due to the spine joint being strong enough to hold the piece in place.

Sucks I can’t even get mine to lock in, the front bumper part where u put it down to supposedly lock it in is super loose and pins are falling out; don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or what so I just left it alone

It has tabs on the back of the chest panels that have no other purpose but to lock the chest is. Now wether we are doing that correctly with Moofiee's technique or not is another story. But it works so I'm not bothered.

Has there been any indication of running changes between batches for this? So very on the fence on buying between the reports of looseness (mostly the chest) and the (deliberately) marked paint, but he looks so damned glorious that if just one of those were resolved already I probably couldn't help myself.
