Would you consider Ramjet and Dirge new molds or really heavy retools?

New chest, different head and different wing mounts. Heavy retool?

think this is the difference in kids these days. playing with actual puzzles and working shit out in the real world vs playing on a screen all day.

Just wondering if it were possible to retool the existing Kingdom Figures to make Kingdom exclusives. At least Terrorsaur and Tarantulas.

Yep, kids that are taught problem solving skills from a young age typically have a better time with things like transformers. Part of why I always loved them as a kid is because they were a minimum of 3 toys in one, vehicle/beast, robot and puzzle

I have around 10 (maybe a couple more) various Siege and ER figures and they all have plenty of alt mode clearance. Maybe I just got lucky and all 10 of my figures are from the half that roll well?

    I'm not a kid but I do that:D

As much as I dislike fake parts that could and should be real parts, I still gotta agree with that

Kingdom includes two Primes, a Megatron, two Starscreams, Arcee, Inferno, Warpath, Slammer, Cyclonus, Galvatron, Rodimus, etc etc etc.

    G1 will be fine.

I guess the clip on wheels are more subject to QC issues and I've just been lucky as other figures I have that roll fine: TF-Prime Knockout, TR Roadburn, and POTP Beachcomber(Who's kind of a "hybrid" with Pined back wheels and clip on front.)

The only one that does have trouble is the TF-Prime Vehicon, though it does seem to be more of a ground clearance issue with a bit of underside robot kibble then it is the wheels.

I think you might not be transforming Hoist right, he has good clearance and the fists don't need to be rotated. It isn't very clear but his arms slot into the hood deeper than one might think at first.

And here I was thinking how Prime vs Prime is gotta be scratching his head after that bombshell that Tonton dropped with the 1st figure of a new line thst hasn't even been properly revealed...

Most interesting this chapter in the never ending battle of early reviews :lol

Earthrise Sunstreeker's "fake"/flip-over feet make me wonder if a Selects Punch/Counterpunch remold from Sunstreaker is in the cards for Kingdom. An extra swivel joint in the knees, maybe one in the foot and shoulder pads, a new backplate, a new dual head, slightly modded fists, and custom paint might be all it'd take. Doesn't seem like it'd be much more expense or take more effort than remolding Siege Ironhide into his Earthrise version.

Punch/counterpunch’s front end is his shoulders, not his feet, and he’s already got a damn near perfect update

Looks good, but not worth $80 when I have the Siege ones.

They are pushed in right, I double checked via lots of images and reviews and it's all the same, and the clearance is very minimal.

Again.. flat surfaces is one thing, but anything that's not and that 0.5-1 mm is far from great.

Well, I might be fine with about 5 of those you've mentioned. We'll see if Hasbro wants more of my money or not next year....

For clarity sakes (and for my sanity's sake) does your Hoist look like this? Because I don't see the purpose of rotating the fists when transformed like this
