Dude, he's basically making a comment on you being behind on something that's been known for a long time now. Rodimus info was leaked by Apollux for a long time now. We just don't have a listing for him yet... most likely because he is going to be Commander class and those usually don't leak this early. Not that I really blame you for not being able to keep up with all the leaks honestly. They're scattered across a couple of different threads at this point and buried real deep in some of them. But from what I remember about what Apollux has said about Rodimus Prime: he takes more inspiration from the original toy than the cartoon model, comes with a trailer, and will be controversial. Apollux has never stated the price point that Rodimus Prime will be sold at, but by reason of deduction since we have all the leaks for Leader class... we can assume he's going to be a Commander class figure. Either that or we're going back to the days when we used to get five/six leaders in a line but that seems unlikely unless they're going back to year and a half lines with Kingdom.

Theoretically, they could release 5 or 6 Leaders in 1 year across 3 or 4 waves if they so choose, we dont know exactly why they went for 3-4 leaders per 12 month year, budget most likely but in terms of facts, we just dont know, there is also the possibility of exclusives, there have been Leader class ex before and there have been original mold ex before, has there ever been a 100% original mold Leader EX? Not that I'm aware of but they could do it. I personally hope that RP is a Leader Class leaving Commander Class open for a Decepticon such as Deathsaurus who would be perfect for a G1 / Beast theme line or Thunderwing, or any Decepticon that we've not had already. and there is this^

We dont know either way at this point but I'd really like a Decepticon Commander Class figure especially after 2 Autobots in a row.

 

Thanks for taking the time and being thorough. Never heard of Apollux and yes, it's a constant stream of leaks and news and life has been too busy this summer to systematically pour through message boards. If it didn't show up on the front page, I probably missed it. Now I know.

Long story. Mostly fed up with DC and Marvel as a whole.

 

I am aware of that "leak" but frankly, it's from a questionable source, and even the person who posted it said they weren't sure they trusted them. The only thing that makes me question if Rodimus Prime could indeed be a leader class figure is that Pixelmaster has said that his source (who works on packaging from what he's said) has claimed it is. Of course, Apollux hasn't commented on what class Rodimus Prime is for some reason either, and to my knowledge hasn't really elaborated on why he thinks he'll be controversial (though there's so much spread across different threads that it's possible I missed it).

I don’t remember where I saw it but someone mentioned a red Tracks along with a few other things related to beast wars. Maybe they’re selects figures and a potential Road Rage too   but if you can can someone find and pull that quote up?

It was a leak from someone who took it down later. Even the leaker questioned their source on that one. Honestly, that particular leak feels too good to be true because it specifically would give us the three Predacons that are currently missing. Highly dubious at best.

 

Apologies then. Ironically G1 Hot Rod being in Studio Series, and an upcoming toy accurate Rodimus Prime in Kingdom of as of yet undetermined size class seems to be one of the few tidbits not to make the frontpage.

Apollux said that the commander isn't a Decepticon and the titan should be an Autobot unless it changed affiliation in the upcoming series, so for big bad guys we'll probably have to wait until 2022.
