I normally search a figure, not a reviewer. I generally watch as many reviews as I can on a figure. I haven't seen any of his stuff in a while which tells me he does less TF stuff or stuff I just don't buy. He used to have reviews for figures I bought when I first started collecting but yeah, it's been a minute. I never had any issues with him as a reviewer tho.

So I just transformed Unicron back to bot mode without instructions and finished putting the spikes on. Gotta say, it's quit intuitive and an easy process after the first time around. Got a little scared when detaching the rings and detaching the feet from those clips. Thought I broke something when I did the feet. Saw something fly. Turned out to be one of those pesky gray circular parts from the hip skirts. I'm gonna have to add a little dab of glue to the back of those. Not sure why Zeta didn't do that. No reason for them to be removed. Gotta say, those spikes do give this guy a nice finished look! Am very pleased overall with the final looks.

Now to figure out how exactly I want to incorporate him into my collection!

Seriously! Just to make him even more king of the collection. Too bad I don't have the room for something like that. Would be pretty bad ass. Him - in the center - way up high and everyone else down below to bow to the ALMIGHTY UNICRON!!! Haha!!

 

I was a bit surprised nobody mentioned Optibotimus either, he’s one of the very few reviewers that transforms the figures both ways in his reviews

 

Tbh I lost interest in shartimus and Optibotimus..... idk, I just don’t like the dude and he seems to remain a official only guy.


(and yes, i used this name in games and such before I found that guy. Hate the fact his name is so similar to mine....)

 

Optibotimus was way too whiny for my taste a few years back and I lost complete interest. That and he’s super rude outside of his videos.

 

Yeah, I lost interest for him as well. I know the man's went through some stuff and I get it but since those changes occurred in his life, so did his reviews! I used to think his vids were alright for kids but now he likes drinking in his videos?? I mean... if he wants to do that, that's fine but hopefully he's not allowing his posts to viewed by kids... I wouldn't want my children, not that I have any, to view that kind of material.

 

Speaking of Jobby, he is by far the most hilarious of them all. Definitely my favorite reviewer. I've bought more toys from his reviews than anyone else.

oh god yeah, you reminded me about his whining... ugggh, yeah i hate the guy.

I mean.... youtube kids exists.... you aren't supposed to even be on main youtube if you're under 13. And if by 13 you can't see media with drinking without controlling yourself.... that's a problem on your end.

 

He is directly responsible for my PX Trypticon, UT Dragoon, DX9 Hotrod. And so many others. He’s my dealer without even needing to deal.

 

I don't really watch these guys but it still doesn't make it ok for kids to be watching this sort of content when the posters are being "adults".

I get what you mean, I have friends who have kids younger than 12 who have access and use Youtube, mainly for stuff like minecraft but still... just because they're not supposed to have access, doesn't mean that they can't get access. I also get that it falls on the parents and being responsible for what their kids are watching but I also know some videos fall through the cracks and kids get away with all sorts of stuff. I just feel that if your a poster and you are sharing kids content, you should maybe not do stuff like that during your posts.. I know it's going to happen regardless, but I dunno.. pointless rant I guess.

That being said, I saw a video that showed Paik4Life having this guy in hand. He hasn't done his review on this yet. He's one I normally do enjoy just because of the fact that he does transformations going both ways. I don't need his review as I'm good with the transformation of this guy but I'd still watch it.

 

Yeah the prick responded to a question I asked with a derisive rude and dismissive response. I no longer watch his videos and unsubscribed because he’s an ungrateful dolt.

His review of Animated Blurr will always be a favourite of mine (I can't believe it's a decade old now).

 

Shartimus is more of a Marvel Legends reviewer than transformers. His review of the Comicave Hulkbuster is half the reason I bought it.
Another reviewer I watch is TalkerArt. But again, not for transformers. I only recently got back into this fandom so I've been searching for newer channels.

 

Not to mention he is 100% full of himself (apparently he's a Tony Stark wannabe wearing his style glasses and trying and failing miserably to copy his facial hair), and constantly uses youtube to sell off stuff from his collection that he doesn't want. Very demanding and rude in those selling posts as well. He loves to state not to contact him unless you are serious about buying whatever he has, and you MUST have the money right then and there. Come on dude!!! Get over yourself!!! He seems like a real prick, and I lost interest in him years ago and unsubscribed. I want to see a video review, not hear you cry and whine and use Youtube to hock your sh*t while being extremely rude to people.
