We have very different ideas of what $10 KOs look like. Unless you're talking about the design, but that's a matter of preference.

Still, I'd like to see $10 KOs with sculpts as crisp and sharp as that, with that kind of finish.

I'm probably late to the game a bit with this, but I recently learned that those changes to Windblade were Hasbro's doing. I know people want to blame

other people for them, but the artist's Twitter specifies that "the copyright holder had issues with some parts".

Something about that made me a bit happy? Because I certainly find the new look to be an improvement.

 

Yeah it’s kinda been and gone with our reactions. I can see why they made the changes they did, even if it doesn’t work.

Oops, sorry, seems I wasn't awake yet. I think that would probably not change a thing. Hasbro could hire designers for a line with great detail, similar to Masterpiece, just different aesthetics, but seeing they didn't already do so makes me think it's not what they want to do.

 

I want to see Three Zero collab with Hasbro and Takara Tomy, and have Kelvin Lau design a Masterpiece style figure of his own design that transforms.

 

I'm sorry to bump this thread but I have to ask, does anyone know if the Rodimus kit was released in US stores like Hobby Lobby or Barnes and Nobles or is still available online anywhere?

I have a pre-order for Rodimus in at BBTS but it doesn't seem like they are getting him in stock anytime soon and I'm worried I missed out on this kit.

 

Finally put together my Windblade and SIGHHHHH. This thing so light and stiff it threatens to break every time I move it, Hell it has broken several times and is being held together by krazy glue for the most part, shit putting together a master Grade Gundams were easier then this thing. If I would have put it together sooner I probably wouldn't have bought Arcee. Does Bandai have a patent on Poly Caps or something?

 

FWIW, Bandai rarely uses poly caps in its recent releases.

but yes, while I like these kits, they aren’t Bandai quality.

 

Update:I finish putting together Arcee And Holy Cow that was So much better. It's like night and day the quality. They reworked everything about the figure and it comes together more like an Action figure then a model kit. They need to put out a Windblade 2.0 Stat. Hit it boys!

 

I'm really hoping they make a version of their Arcee with those dope Titan Killer / Hunter / whatever colors because I'd be all over that.

 

Not Transformers, but I got this Furai Model Kit today and it's AMAZING!!!!!!!!
It has individual zords, articulated, they combine for the tank mode and the Megazord, it's just WOW!!!!

Not yet, but it's most definitely in the works. Don't remember if there's been concept art of it yet, though. I only remember the art for the Kuro Kara Kuri figure.

 

About same as the Devastator actually... but this one is much bigger and transforms!
