    I'm lucky, my set is pretty much perfect - no QC issues, paint all looks good, package was pristine/shipped in a shipping box. I feel bad for everyone having problems. =/

    So I was in the camp of people who were slated to get the coneheads Wednesday. Got the email starting it would be moved to a September date. Now I just got an email from Amazon saying they shipped and will be here Saturday.

    Weird how this exclusive is working out...

    Got charged for it when they were preparing to ship Overload. Refunded. Charged again overnight. Still no notice of shipping change, but clearly reads preparing to ship now. Hopefully I'll get it this weekend.

    Some people just "gotta-have-it-now" and like being in the "got it club" even if they pay 2-3x msrp. I did it for swerve back in in 2014 when we thought we werent gonna get more stock in and looking back now, I only regret not being patient. Thankfully not the most expensive lesson to learn.

    when I first got back into collecting I always over spent. Now I just wait for retail and have had good success. The draw of being one of the first people to get something was fun, but puts a strain on the wallet.

    I know $36 is not MSRP but it’s close and he’s been well above $40 for a long time. Also BBTS has him for preorder for $33 but Amazon’s shipping is usually pretty quick. Looking at the other buy options on Amazon for Springer I saw he is available for $34.50 too. Just in case anyone missed him at retail and want to get him at a cost close to it.

    I know a guy on Twitter...apparently he paid well over MSRP for these guys. I feel bad for him I don’t think he knew they were being sold for 2-3 times what they should have been.

    I sure do wish you could contact 3P Amazon sellers. Cause I sure would like to ask REDLINEstore just WHO THE FUCK THEY THINK THEY ARE FOR TRYING TO SELL THE CONEHEADS FOR $150!!!!!!

    There's trying to make a profit, then there's outright price gouging.

    While I haven't spoken to Redline, I've spoken to other sellers who claim their prices are due to the fees and taxes they have to pay. Now there's no fixed rule on passing fees onto customers, you have to ask yourself is it worth it to sell an item for almost $100 more. Maybe stop selling toys?
