so after lookign at this again, i do see one thing that really puts me off (despite liking it as a whole). the bird lower legs. i get they want them to be thin but that looks really cheap the way the lower leg is a one piece webbed structure as opposed to a 2 piece clamshell or the like. if this is popular enough that would be a great opportunity for another 3rd party to offer an upgrade kit. its...unsightly as is in that area.

Some mythic birds, like the Huma, are even said to not have feet at all and never touch the ground, so it may be worth just not using them and using the stand instead while the legs are folded up, if not just removing them altogether (if that’s possible).

I'm so on-the-fence with this guy. I got GT's Red Bull, 'cause in 'bot mode he's undeniably G1 Sideswipe. This guy looks great, but he might be just be a little too off-centre for me. It might even just be the face. Give him a G1 Starscream face option, and that might sway me.

I need to see some reviews.

For 3P, always wait for some review first, especially for new company like this.
And better be review from normal users

I agree with you on waiting for reviews, but TT Hongli has been making KO Gunpla for around a decade. This is their first non-KO, IIRC, but they have a fairly good reputation from what I've seen.

I don't know if Gunpla fame can carry over to Transformers. And I do agree TT Hongliare not junior in Toy business fields, eve with several transformers KO already, but I would still wait. it's just a general guideline for me, since even "famous" FT has products with issue all the time with the green "QC passed" stick on it.

That thing looks pretty amazing. If I hadn't dialed in my focus more over the past couple of years, I'd have probably bought it, then been like "fuck, I have nothing to actually display this with," LOL

Looks like Starscream meets Gundam Wing.

I've taken a chance on pre-ordering figures from new companies a few times now, and the only times I've been burnt have been when the figure never materialised (MAAS & GCI), but they were both directly ordered through their respective companies, rather than retailers. I've been lucky so far, I guess, with FansHobby, Transformandrollout, DNA Designs, Cang Toys and Civil Warrior all having solid first releases. I'm taking a chance on Big Firebird's Arcee/Booberella as well, so hopefully my streak will continue.

I've got a misfits display for those pieces that don't fit with anything else. It's currently got a KO MP Sunstreaker, GT's Red Bull and Op.Ex, CW's General Grant and TFaRO's Hova/Agent Meister. Nicee will be joining them once it arrives, and if I were to get this Starscream, it would join them too.

Interesting, for having a figure this far along, the company hasn't confirmed a price yet? Still looking great, the lack of a waist joint is a bummer, but this is a pretty unique piece and I don't see multiple companies jumping on board to make this design.

Lack of waist joint is a downer, but I'm still in for this.

That's one of the beautiful things about the t-beast designs so far, no company has made a new version of a design someone else has already done, and I hope it stays that way

Nope, not yet at least. There was another Primal from another company teased, but it was in no way the T-Beast design, and GT teased a Rodimus a few years ago, but nothing has come of it

DX9 may have teased a T-Beast Primal like how GT teased Rodimus (not entirely sure as it's been a few years), but so far neither has stepped on the others toes

First post says 28cm. It’s going to be a big birdbot either way.

Could have done without the light up feature, but overall this looks like an amazing figure. I’m even more excited for Wolfjack now.
