still don't understand who I angered at Amazon... figured this would update to a sooner date by now (the tape is for my daughter and legos for my son... Both items were in stock when I ordered, but didn't ship separately like they usually do if something isn't available yet)

I basically love Amazon, but I LOATHE their shipping service.
Lately they've been sending most of my stuff using their shipping service, and they are always late.

This time, my Coneheads arrived at their shipping center and were then immediately marked as "undeliverable" and returned to sender.

And of course now they are unavailable to place a new order, but hey, at least they will issue me a refund sometime in the next 3-5 business days...

Wow, the seeker set shipped and will be here tomorrow. Almost makes up for me having to replace my front windshield...

My coneheads arrived before 9am this morning, also in a plain Amazon box with zero protection inside, but the box was in perfect shape. Now I just have to hope I don't have to go through too much torture to get Thrust later. Would rather they had done both sets of jets as 3-packs or individuals as opposed to the nonsense endured for Thundercracker and Skywarp. Thankfully Ramjet and Dirge were painless to obtain.

Finally got around to opening my set. Like usual besides some paint app issues I don’t have much to complain about.

2 things I will note though...

It seems common that the ER Seeker mold’s plastic is easily stressed all through out the Shoulder joint and bicep swivel.

In most cases it seems that people’s copies of the mold come out of the box like this.

Out of all my seekers though Dirge’s Shoulders are the worse out of them, so that stinks.

Also on my Dirge and Ramjet I noticed that the Null Rays are a slightly tighter fit on their right shoulder. Once pegged in though I noticed that they sit slightly on a inward angle. I don’t know what’s causing this. I don’t see any mold flash on the inside of the peg hole that would cause such a thing. Any one else have this issue?

Thrust cowers in fear as the last of the Classic Seeker mold not yet replaced...

These guys are good. Some observations:
    - Deco is a little plain. I liked some of the paint apps the previous Ramjet and Dirge had, which are not present here.
    - I guess it's cartoon accurate, but I don't like that Dirge's entire torso is black.
    - Dirge's chest doesn't seem to close securely in vehicle mode.
    - Both have at least 1 very tight bicep.

Hey, mine too. Guess I'm not alone, and I can't complain too much because the box was fine and Dirge and Ramjet are in great shape, the paints good and everything's pretty tight. (I still called Amazon and gave them a little hell, though, I don't keep boxes but still this deserves a least a little discount.)

I haven\'t seen any stress marks on my Earthrise seekers shoulders. Does anyone have pics so I know what I\'m looking for? Mine seem to be all good. I\'ll see how the coneheads look tomorrow

These are the best pictures I can take right now. My Dirge has it the worst out of all the copies of the mold I bought so far. I’ve seen reports of other people noticing it on their ER seekers as well.

Yeah, the box is going in the trash and everything is fine so I don't mind too much. It was more comical than anything.

In your copies do the areas turn whiter as the joints move? I noticed on my Seekers(don’t have the Coneheads) that there’s stress marks near the areas you indicated, near the pins on mine. They don’t turn whiter when the joints are moved on my copies. So I chalked it up to the assembly process and hope the joints don’t crack over time.

Yes, almost always the cost of stuff is cheaper even with the shipping to import stuff to Japan when pre-ordering from Amazon USA. AND it comes months earlier most of the time. For example the Seige Skywarp wont even be released until January 2021 . and Earthrise Skywarp and Thundercracker also 2021 ( or was it december of this year ? ) No word at all about a Ramjet and Dirge release here in Japan yet.
