Pretty simple actually. You either go to your order and press contact, or you go through this tab at the top of their site.

Well they required a picture of damaged part, so I just sent them the picture posted here showing the new added parts.

I will find out soon since I contacted them 2 different ways. Then I will post back here with what I've been told.

Received BWM-01 Strange Friend from TF-Direct yesterday, and it came with two grey replacement parts for the spine. Easy installation and wow! It has quite the presence on the shelf, and is the perfect BW MP scale according to this thread: Unofficial Beast Wars Scale Chart

The only con: Face and chest plate are in the wrong colour (not silver, but should be pale gold). Other than that, I'm very pleased with this product. Never in a million years would I think we would get a MP version of Transmutate, and it's likely to be the only one to be made.

Verdict: Get one today before it sells out!

I sold all beast wars collection about 5 years ago but only kept ravage x-9 and botcon tigatron (ravage x-9 repaint).

Even though I sold all my BW, Transmutate was a figure I never owned but always wanted. And overtime the build figure price skyrocket and since I lost interest in BW, I just never bothered trying to buy the figure.

So, the other by accident on Ebay I found the new 3rd party version priced at about $70shipped. It seemed high for a small detailed 4inch figure.
I then saw some review videos, and OMG, this figure was actually 11inches tall.

I searched for cheaper prices, and ordered Transmutate from Tf-Direct. I understand there will be delays from China, I just hope Transmuate comes within 30days. cant wait to get Transmutate

 

I guess this means it’s time to ask Show Z to send over those replacement parts- even though I don’t really need them.

 

I was thinking the exact same thing and whether or not they would be willing to send the parts out. I never contacted them about the loose spine, do you reckon they’d do that?

 

Depends on Trans Art. If I recall correctly, it’s Trans Art themselves that stated on their Facebook page that they’d be producing replacement parts and we, the buyers simply have to contact the store we bought from and the parts would be provided.
I left a message last night so will probably get a response tomorrow and will let the thread know the deal.
Show Z are very good with this sort of thing so I don’t expect them to be opposed in any way.

 

Alright, I finally caved. He was sold out most places, so I figured I should before it's too late.

 

I scrubbed through the episode to get some better looks at Transmutate's color scheme, and while she definitely looks gold in many shots, there are also some good shots of her that look silver.
(notice the contrast between her torso & her left shoulder rings)

I would say TransArt did a really good job of choosing colors. It is technically screen accurate while having some pleasant contrast.

 

Mine seems to be taking forever to get here.

ordered Transmutate at tf-direct.com on august 12th, then on 17th tfdirect requested $5 extra for the rising shipping costs. Was upset at first but a extra shipping costs message was posted on their front page that I just didn't noticed. Paid same day, and mailed same the day and received Transmutate on the 27th. Box came warped in plastic sheet but doubled box. And included the two gray replacement spine pieces.

My only issue was the loose waist area. And since the replacement pieces were gray and not the original color, I didn't replace them. But I instead made custom metal springs using galvanize wire and placed them inside the two front hollow plastic pistons. The springs don't work like springs cause the wire I used is soft. But keeps the front pistons at a certain height. And the custom springs are not permanent and I can removed them any time.
A small rear flap opens for like in the show, but there is no thruster pieces like in the show, only a opening flap. Wish Transart went the extra step and added the small thruster detail.
And colors seem spot on. In the show, colors were off at certian angles, and Brenton screen caps show that.
overall Transart did a amazing job
