Anywho, still loving the aesthetic of these figures. Wish we'd see more character designs along these lines in other TF media...

Do you know what? I'd really appreciate a statue of a non-typical character. How about Tidal Wave? What if we got something different like Strongarm or Rat Trap from Beast Machines?

 

If only those fucking garbage designs from the movies looked like this. If you're not gonna go g1 and stylized g1 like dw, go for the next best thing, this fucking look. Not that trash ass shit from the movies.

 

Not everything has to be g1 did you complain about armada, energon, cybertron prime , animated designs , you can accept change in cartoons and comics but you can not accept change in movies movies made bots look realistic not cartoony not boring blocky LEGO.,

That’s problem you complain about movies but you never accept fact to see good things movies., movies did unspeakable and impossible took people who HATE transformers turned them into fans and it made transformers popular all over again.,

How about you fans who complain about try something NEW not be AFRAID talk to new transformer fans who became transformer fans ask them what they like about live action movies I guarantee you 1 out of 10 of them will say bots look realistic not cartoony and both sequels made billion back to back

I had no problem with bot designs if comic fans can change like costumes in marvel and dc movies transformer fans should learn grow and evolve accept changes what movies show how bots look in movies I like see someone take this challenge talk to new transformer fans make video for proof ask new transformer fans what they like about movies

 

Sigh. Despite the announcements that Bumblebee is a reboot and that a new Transformers cinematic continuity will be coming from the Bee movie, the Bay films continue to live rent free in the minds of people who absolutely hate them. They take so much space in their heads that they have to trash them in threads that literally have nothing to do with them. Comical. Never change, TFW2005.

 

Really wish these things didn't cost (likely) a thousand bucks a pop, or that there were smaller, more affordable versions of them at least.

Btw... they've also teased a Tarn statue on their FB page...

 

I agree in that I do wish all the movies, BB included were even closer to this, though BB is the closest it has gotten to this so far. Would have been great to see this style of designs across all the bay movies, we could have had 5 movies full of these awesome visuals. Hopefully with the direction BB is going in, later movies are closer to this.

And just ignore anyone telling you to stop complaining, you and everyone should always be welcome to speak their mind and critique TF related stuff.

This statue is amazing, if I had the room and dough, I would collect them. Just neither of each to justify it.... yet.

Lol I wasn't even talking about how bad the movies are, which they are. I was talking about the bot designs lol. Cause even with these better designs the movies would have still been utter shit. Last 1 was pretty good, bb one. All the others before it were trash.

 

Some parts of this statue are cool. But some parts I am trying to figure out. Is Starscream shooting the missiles because it looks strange. Is this Armada Starscream?

 

I get vibe of Rob Liefeld-level of ridiculousness (m0Ar PoUchEz) from the proportions and overall aesthetics.

 

Just gonna say it, he looks less like Starscream and more like a more complicated Gundam than your average ones...

 

Feet are to big and shaped like feet to evoke Rob for me. I think "Gears of War" whenever i look at these statues.
