This guy is just great, I personally prefer the dirtier yet shinier look, since I don't think cybertronians rust the same as normal metals (TF2 Megs was submerged in water for 2 years, let alone the years in ice, and while he is rusty, he's still one shiny mofo.

Now I see Fire Scorpion/MP09 WJ Prime is alive and well, I decided to order this guy too as a complement! Looks like a very good KO. Then I will have Transform Element Bee for playing and for alt-mode when I have Prime in his...sorted! 

 

I think the same! but WJ M09 it's even bigger and out of scale  , the 5U Bee will be a little short, but not bothers me! I thing these two will be awesome in any shelf!!. It's fine for me.

Few days ago I receveid the shipping label from ShowZ so I expetc that will be shipped this weekend or the next week!! I will share with you all mu thoughts when I have it in my hands!.

I've never owned a premium figure like this before, so I can't compare it to the original, but it feels really, really solid. Some joints feel very stiff, but they move well despite that stiffness- the hands and head all pop on & off easily, and there is a huge feeling of weight to the toy. As in Ben's review, the posts for the rear wings don't want to go in all the way, but that's not a worry to me, as I won't be messing with them. Oh, and that paint job is sublime.

 

Looks great and I'm seriously tempted but I've held off because I just don't know what I would do with this guy. I'm not getting 3A Optimus, and I've got Zeta Pioneer who'll be standing with Toyworld Freedom Leader and my custom Charlie figure, so this guy, while very nice, would be standing on his own somewhere. That in itself isn't exactly a problem but I'm trying to cut down on all the random one offs in my collection. Still, he's very tempting.

 

It's AMAZING!! my Bee is on the way, very excited to have it in my hands!!.

The posts of the rear windows probably has an easy fix with a hand-driller, veeery carefully try to make the hole bigger or deeper.

Is the original 3A/ThreeZero not worth $144.99 RSP at BBTS?

I don't get it guys, this KO is not cheap.
Moreover 3A has reinforced metal frame with 1 yr manufacturer warranty.

Is it because of the LED feature on 5U Bee's weapon?

 

I will explain my reasons because you're asking.

BBTS to Spain: 145$ plus taxes, plus shipping... around more than 220$.
ShowZ to Spain: 92$, no taxes, no shipping... yeah, probably must be the led feature!.  

 

Ah I see, didn't know ShowZ has free shipping.
Makes sense now that I did a quick search in Taobao; 5U is $65 USD compared to 3A's $144 USD if I get from my side, excluding shipping.

 

Spent a little more time messing with this guy. It's a wonderful figure- I saw a comment earlier in the thread regarding the metal frame- this figure also has the same metal frame, and believe me, you can feel it it when you pick up the toy. Also, I didn't realise there was an LED feature in the stinger gun! For anyone who wants to know, each head takes two AG13 batteries each, and the stinger needs two smaller AG3 batteries.

 

I'm counting the hours till he arrives!! AAARGH!
