Faithful Autobot Rampage fell on the battlefield, left to die by his Autobot brethren. A Decepticon scavenging team happens upon his almost lifeless body, and brings him to their commander. There, he is resuscitated. Feeling abandoned by his former friends, Rampage joins the Decepticons who saved his life, and vows revenge on those who left him behind.

Oh man, this is brilliant. I just bought another one of this mold last week to do something similar, so it's nice to see that other people see the same thing. Nice work on this one! I love the scratches.

Cool! Although if I was going to make mine I'd call him Hi-Jack to reference Armada Wheeljack.

Rampage is actually Wheeljack's Japanese name, if you didn't know.

Ooh, I didn't. Nice reference there. Although I'd still name mine Hi-Jack to not have too much name reuse in me collection in case I'd get Predaking.

Nice! This one takes the battle damage to a whole new level with the slashes and cracked windshield. Still think that armada wheeljack's mould looks identical to siege sideswipe, this is just proof.

For the most part, I used a Dremel cutting wheel to saw through the plastic, and to make all of the deep cuts.

For the detailing under the exterior damage, I painted up an old smartphone circuit board that I cut down and, using heat, bent to fit the curvature of Sideswipes hood.
I used a Dremel carving bit for the hole in the center, and then just scratched the spider crack into the plastic with a very pointy piece of metal.

Most of the damage was me hacking away at Sideswipe with a Dremel wheel. I shaved the inside of his chest to make the plastic thinner. Took a circuit board from an old smartphone, cut it and then carefully using heat, I bent the circuit board to fit the curve inside his chest. It was a lot of fun!
The window damage was done with a bremel carving tool and a sharp pointy piece of metal.

A circuit board? Nice touch on that. How did you get that raised Autobot logo on there?

I got that Autobot logo from a Cyber Planet Key. I cut it out, shaved it down as much as I could, and tried to carve an Autobot logo shaped divet into Sideswipes chest for it to sit in.
