I’ll be sticking with my legacy Megazord and OG 93 Megazord thank you very much. I only wish that someone would release some gap fillers and maybe some other upgrades for the legacy figure.
I still have my original release of the 2010 toyline Megazord, and he still holds up good with Legacy Dragonzord (Never had any stability issues). I just regret never getting Legacy Titanus to complete Ultrazord (Yes, I still have the sword and Mastodon shield, they’re just in a desk drawer)
Anyone going to repaint their single release red or blue? I did silver from the two pack red psycho. I may repaint my extra blue as well, but not sure how I’d go.
I REALLY want to see the Psychos posed as the Ginyu Force Red as Ginyu, Blue as Burter, Black as Recoome, Yellow as Guldo, and Pink as Jeice
Eventually someone will sell it for a good price on eBay. Just FYI: you can’t use the mastodon from the Hasbro release on the legacy figure right? I know it’s a longshot but that would be some pretty epic parts swapping.
Wouldn’t know. I don’t have the Hasbro version and after hearing the negative feedback of it I don’t think I will get it. As for Titanus, I guess I’ll keep tabs on EBay
It's sad after almost 30 years the 1993 Megazord is still the best, or maybe it's a testament of just how good that toy was. Even the Chogokin version falls short.
How durable is that paint? In my experience paint pens usually aren’t the most durable other then Gundam markers
In my experience thus far, it holds up quite well. I actually had trouble trying to get it off something I effed up.
I definitely can not agree there. The 1993 one had stickers, some of which weren't even show accurate. The SOC has elbows, better articulation, no stickers, is fully show accurate in sculpt,
I think he means the Chogokin falls short for a Soul of Chogokin release, whereas the original was amazing for its time.
Exactly. The Chogokin should have been the best version ever but I found it to be a hot mess. It needed more refining, there are parts that should have locked into place that didn't. The pegs for the pterydactyl could have been better along with the mastodon. For $300 I expected more, especially considering how nice Voltron turned out.
the consistence seems to be that it was crap bcuz Voltron which came out first was so well done, i notice a lot of people say that time and time again that "they expected more after how well Voltron was done"
I love my SOC and I don't think any Zyuranger mecha will ever come close to being as good as it from anyone period. Nevertheless, it doesn't mean I find them perfect. Though, my only complaint is how much of a pedestal people put the SOC line on before it came out, saying that $300 was a steal and when I got Daizyujin for $170 I felt he shouldn't have been priced more than $150. I just don't see any SOC being worth $300 and that is why I will never go out of my way to get either Dairugger or Golion as I will not be willing to spend more than $150 on each, maybe $200 for Dairugger due to him being 15 vehicles.
