Yup. Even without hardware my copy is very solid even after removing and replacing pins for the hip fix. But a few ratchets would have gone a long way and I would have happily paid another $15 to $20 and still felt like I got my money's worth.

It's still a good band for the buck but the potential was there for even more.

The first part is easy, getting the leg back on without removing the pin is where I struggled. Couldn't quite get fingers in there. The video stops before that part?

There's been a more recent one than that from DX9:

This could potentially be even closer to the original cartoon though. Especially with a few choice remoulded bits. I'm just gutted Action Toys dropped off the radar after Cy-Kill. So much promise there.

What is the different between 2 heads? Only notice the extra face for the extra head.

    in terms of toon accurate?

What head does the smiling face fit on? The attached head do you need to screw off to change it? Doesnt seem like on the extra head that the face comes off

The head with the screw that comes attached doesn't work with the smiling face. The other one does though. You have to separate the two halves of the head to swap the face plates. It's not super hard, but I would recommend using something plastic like a spudger to start separating them so you don't damage it. And to swap the heads themselves, you just have to pull the first one off the ball joint and pop the new one on. That takes a little more doing though, as the neck joint and the collar piece like to move when you even move the head for posing.

So is the head without screw more screen accurate?

I don't know if it's more accurate or not but the default one is longer which makes it look slim. I'm preferring the other one...

Careful, this was the method that stressed and weakened the knee joint. Look further in the thread for the newer method (basically to shimmy out the screw cover only instead of the entire thigh).

For the hip fix, i push out the pin first. Just push by hand with smaller pin instead of knock it. Somehow the material feel soft. The transformation feel great and fun. All tabs in perfectly.

down side is some paint are done badly (rushing job?). Most area looks painted

I did the fix CAREFULLY without removing the pin and no issues afterward. Except for wishing the blue was a bit darker I really like this figure. Definitely not upset I sold my my MMC Sphinx when this was close to releasing.
