    I also think so. It looks quite floppy in those videos.
    However I like its front body transformation. It's simple yet effective with all those panels stay firmly in truck mode.
    Only head and chest sculpting is not that good to make it stands out.

    It seems like the back panels don't lock in place. Is that the case?

    which back panels? If you watch the alt to bot mode again, you can see he has to click away the shoulders from the back to move them. Everything I see, seems to click into place. Almost everything, clicks apart and together, with just some parts merely swinging down in place.

    It seems like they just get rotated up, but it didn't look like they locked in anywhere.

    ah, it seems at 18:50 they click in place, but he likes them more angled and opens them up. I don't mind if I'm wrong on this at all though ;)

    Does it really matter, if the toy is an awesome an toy? There are so many OPs that share the same transformation one way or another.

    I'll stick with my TW till god knows when TC's release. It looks good and definitely has a higher playability compared to tw, but the overall proportion, head and chest bugs me too much.

    Well, if it sounds that easy, there will be NO backpack ever in TF world, because all those are just some extra panels.
    Looking back to MP10, I admire the front parts of this more. Because it's still simple, still have lots of details, panels stay firmly in truck mode and are hidden effectively in bot mode.

    I love the elagic fighter look of TW too and he's definitely fighting for freedom, whereas this guy looks more like he wants there to be a war on. He's just looking for trouble.

    I still can't get over how great this seems for the money. Even given the fundamentally derivative nature of the transformation (there's always GT OP EX, MP44, TE01 if you want something spicy in that regard), the sculpt detail, paint and looks in both modes are great and I'm satisfied with the apparent stability given the obvious heft of this guy.

    When you have more videos, it's amazing to see that the white stripes for the cab are there for the BB movie alt mode, COULD be painted all red to match MP 44 and would not affect the robot mode at all.
