I meant to put in my message that I didn't necessarily expect him to appear in Kingdom, but if they were to go forward with even a semi Beast themed trilogy I could see them using Lio Convoy (or would he be renamed Lio Prime in a Hasbro line?) as 'The Optimus' what with that head there  

 

Cab and Hosehead had color differences, at least between Hoseheads toy and Cabs animation model (grey vs white)

 

If it does happens, do remember that you read it here first; the Titan Class toy is Ark Unicron.

there is gonna be a set of Seekers in Kingdom. and it'll be just different enough from Siege and Earthrise that we'll have to get it. and there will be 7+ repaints that'll take up valuable slots in the line.

 

As long as they are Seekers of Terrorsaur and Waspinator clones. LOL

 

To be fair, the repaints didn't take "valuable slots" in siege and earthrise for the most part. They were exclusives, which are almost always repaints and retools

 

Iruini's strange ideas: so someone awhile ago in this thread that they'd love to see a kingdom botanica, and well, I figured out how that could work: weaponizer/fossilzer/whatever the fuck this thing is called botanica.

I mean the original Terrorsaur mold was basically the Seeker mold of the Beast Era so in a way it's only a matter of time.

I mean so far the Terrorsaur mold has these guys so far be used so they already have a list to go with.

I honestly feel like that ER seeker mold is gonna stick around for awhile mainly I hope so, so I'm sorta hoping for some kingdom ghost starscream or some other strange repaint. is that probably not gonna happen? probably? do I hope that ER starscream sticks around and we get a voyager nacelle? hell yea

I'll take whatever I can get. I'm desperate to complete my Beast Era line-up, and she's the only Beast Era transformer to never get any toy whatsoever, not even a McDonalds one or a Botcon repaint or whatever.

 

Didn't most molds which got redecos at general retail only have two decos at general retail in Siege? Just thinking of Sideswipe/Red Alert, Starscream/Thundercracker, Prowl/Barricade. Probably others not coming to mind right now.
Not really counting Refraktor/Scrapface as that's technically a different line and/or an exclusive.

And Red Alert wasn't a straight reuse, he got a new/different back half of head with the alternate stubby horns (one hesitates to bring up that he may qualify as a very minimal form of the "P"-word).

 

He also had different accessories on top of the different head

 

I was just focussing on the figure itself as I wonder if it might be that they're all of a mould with lockable off sections, or at least maybe a figure-accompanying weapons gang mould, seeing as Tigertrack comes with everything bar the Light Bar?
If they do a Clampdown I hope he has Red's back of head and the whole shebang in gear!
