Yes. I'm sure they'll make a set that adds lot of detail on places you wouldn't even think to want it... and completely fail to provide a shaded sticker for the front window.
They did a sheet for Ectotron so they'll make one for Gigawatt too I'm sure.
But I do hope they'll provide a sticker for the window. They really are capable of not doing the one thing everyone wants for such a set.

In order from best to worst (and BTTF is one of my top movies of all time). I divvy things up a little.

BTTF II (final third when they go back to the first movie)
BTTF III
BTTF II (first third in the future)
BTTF II (middle third with evil 1985)

having said that, I still love them all and have seen them at LEAST 30-40 times each in my life.

 

This is an awesome troll on the Walmart site. Dick move to be sure, but awesome nonetheless. I kinda hope it was one of you crazies who did this, but I don't think anyone would have the balls to admit that they took advantage of the system and captured 20 of the Gigawatts.

 

Meanwhile the rest of us are glad Hasbro doesn't make design/cost decisions based on the limited group of people who can afford to buy two of everything.

Great news just in by way of TF Wiki, is word the Back To Future x Transformers Gigawatt is an exclusive no more as it will be getting a mass-market release in October with Amazon already cited as one of the retailers. The main difference is said to be a different box from the Walmart version with the custom license plate. See both of the boxes in the gallery here.

Yea, but we've known that. That's my point. It's been in amazons system since before the walmart version went up for order. Tformers is presenting something as news that has been known but was drowned out by all the people complaining. Hell, the amazon link was shared in this very thread if I'm not mistaken

So this how all the events went down leading up to and after Gigawatt’s reveal.

February 2nd, 2020 the Youtuber Gotbot posts a video of a bunch of listings of upcoming product in TRU CA’s system and one of them is titled Tra Gen Project future deluxe.

May 24th, 2020 Listings for Tra Gen project future deluxe was found across various versions of Amazon.

June 24th, 2020 Hasbro announces that they will be doing a TF x BTTF crossover and the fandom puts two and two together.

July 2nd, 2020 Amazon Spain accidentally put the product description out for Gigawatt a little bit early.

latter the same day Hasbro revealed the limited edition version of Gigawatt that would be exclusive to Walmart. They also announced that a more widely available Fan Channel version would go up for order in October later this year and would be available on Hasbro pulse and other specific online retailers.

July 30th, 2020 UK distributor ABGee accidentally revealed the fan channel version’s stock photo and was taken down the next day after it was reported and front paged on this very site on July 30th.

Apparently, they're (that is, Spyglass Studio, and producers James Wan and Michael Clear) are working on a Knight Rider movie. Apparently it will be 'set in the present' (kind of like the latest Ghostbusters and Top Gun movies) but I imagine we could get the original K.I.T.T., at least as a cameo.

I guess that may satisfy the 'movie vehicles' (I'm not counting Knight Rider 2000) only rule. So, hopefully, we finally get that K.I.T.T. Transformer to join Ectotron, Gigawatt and Maverick.

 

How many mutually-exclusive Knight Rider continuities does that make now?

 

....when was there ever a "rule" that it has to be movie vehicles? It's like claiming that Studio Series is only Bayverse. They could TF x Oscar Meyer and give us a Wienermobile bot if they wanted.

I know Team Knight Rider, Knight Rider 2000, and the most recent Knight Rider TV movie/series were all separate branches from each other and don’t coexist. Knight Rider 2010 is Knight Rider in name and basic concept only. I didn’t know about the new one.
