Windcharger, please!

Windcharger (and yellow Cliffjumper) was my first Transformer back in September of 1984. Got him from a friend for my ninth birthday. I don't think I had even heard of Transformers at that point, as Go-Bots were still the rage. Then the cartoon released and Transformers rocketed to the forefront. So Windcharger holds a special place in my heart.

 

Honestly where FT have announced so many figures in the pipeline, I'd like them to get the rest of this year's planned releases plus Skullcruncher, Blitzwing & Trailbreaker they announce more figures.

 

In order of most necessary to least, I'd go 1) Cliffjumper 2) Huffer 3) Gears) 4) Windcharger 5) Bumblebee.

Powerglide DOES NOT, imo, need FT to waste their time and resources on a figure. The DX9 one is perfectly good.

Honestly, once we get to 2022 and they clear the backlog of most or all of the stuff we've seen renders for, I'd really like them to just concentrate on the next couple of combiners instead of mixing one stand-alone between each.

 

I'd like to see...

1. CliffJumper
2. Cosmos (XTB Klatu is good... but I think FT can make him great!)
3. Huffer
4. Gears
5. Windcharger
6. Powerglide (just because I like him and won't mind having 2)

 

Yeah my priority list would be :

Cliffjumper
Windcharger
Gears
Huffer

Then I’d be ok with a nicely painted Powerglide, Cosmos etc from Fans Toys. I actually like TT Bumblebee though.

 

I agree with you on TT BumbleBee... he's fine. I was never a big BB fan personally. CliffJumper... now that's a go to bot for me. But he is going to need

 

Just got my email notice from The Chosen Prime that Dunerider is available in 3 days!

 

Kinda odd that Baba hasn't sent any notification yet while overseas stores are already getting it. Is that normal with him or is something up wait-wise?

 

TFS-Express said that FT hadn't told them when they could ship the Chinese stock, but UK stock could ship next week..

 

Stores in China (including the ones like Baba that sells abroad) receive FT releases two weeks after international orders.

E-mail fro The Chosen Prime, availability in 3 days. Unfortunately, I cant find anything I want for just over $50...so I may need to wait until Astrotrain ships for free shipping. Their non free shipping is kind of expensive. Is that everywhere now? I did not know shipping within USA 48 states was getting expensive. Also, You can't really trust time of USPS due to COVID-19 shortages and governmental funding problems.

Question...the photos show the buggy mode can have either blue or silver...I assume then you can symbol up the silver and it will be hidden in bot mode?



Hmmm...looking here all blown up when I pasted the pic, looks like it's just a separate cover piece that plugs in place. If so, not as impressive. I think that's sort of lame on their Astrotrain, too, but I don't mind there because I won't use the chest wing either way. A hideable silver top almost makes up for the unsightly all white back...but not if it just plugs in as a separate piece.

 

Sept 4-9th TFCon Toronto is going virtual, we’ll find out FTs new reveals that weekend at the 3rd party panel. Anticipation is real!
