Various 3p trailers fail due to how Siege / ER OP's leg slope upward in alt mode, which then requires relatively high clearance.

That being said, we have 2 that work with proper height clearance. Trailer rotation is still relatively limited. Figured out low / easy skill mods earlier.

Kinda pricey for one piece.

 

Optimus came in today and I love him so much! The figure itself is the best CHUG Optimus to me. It is such a solid figure that is nice and simple that feels like G1 Prime. The transformation is solid and not too complicated and feels smooth. It improves on the Siege figure so much and now I can enjoy the Siege one more having one with the earth truck mode.

 

I got mine last week and agree with everything you've said, I just feel it's a shame that they didn't go all in with a completely new mold for the legs and reused some parts from Siege in a way that doesn't entirely make sense. It's like they could have made the best CHUG Optimus ever perfect if they wouldn't have cheaped out on that one aspect. Yeah I would've liked a little bigger and better trailer but they really should have gone the extra few yards with Prime.

 

That is a thing of beauty.

So technically speaking she is NOT a partsformer by default.

Also, she has significantly remolded:
- shoulders
- head sculpt
- upper torso

and a paint scheme better than Arcee's for this mold.

Overall I'd say this is still a decent purchase.

 

I really dislike the decaying flesh tone

 

Yeah the flesh tone is a big turn off for me too.

So since WFC began, just as John Warden said from the beginning and this is what over been loving, every major character has maintained ALL of their legacy features, Omega Supreme, DoubleDealer, Sky Lynx, Scorponok, Horrorcons etc. I really appreciate that and I hope it continues

 

Found Doubledealer on a trip to the airport to pick up family, now I really need Spy Patrol #3...anyone got one? Seriously interested if so...Anyways, here are my thoughts on Doubledealer:

Bot mode:

The head sculpt on this guy alone warranted this purchase, it oozes character. A near perfect mode with two huge flaws: giant leg gaps, and droopy-ass arms.

Alt Mode: The missile tank mode is the more complete of the two alt modes by a mile, but it doesn't quite peg together in a satisfying way. I don't mind the partsforming, but it would've been nice to have a better way of hiding the fists.

Bird Mode: Such a cheesy mode, but I love everything about it EXCEPT the terrible transformation. Arrrgggh, getting those legs to cooperate is a pain. I adore the poorly-placed missile.

Accessories: This guy's got a ton of em, I really couldn't ask for more out of this set.

If I had to give him a grade: 80/100 (-10 for leg gaps, -5 for droopy arms, -5 for irritating transformation)
