Got the Lance , the Gladius and the Sawfly and already going into customs off each. DELTA LANCE: fast space and atmospheric scout
SAWFLY MIMIC: with variable geometry and holoproyectors in the upper hull , it can simulate most Forge fighters , including the Sabre and the Lance to deploy mines in the Forge routes undetected until already in the mines range.
It's a force field generator in the app. Some of the alien tech bits look quite cool but a lot of them are also very similar. It was a good move to put both decorative and working weapons in every pack and let the owner decide for themselves. I've yet to see any pics of the gatling cannon outside of this and app, it comes with the Gladius so there must be quite a few folks in this thread who have it by now. Is it just crap? That's a great hangar display you've got there.
The Gaitling Gun really doesn´t go with the general lines off the Dropship and it works better in the App. The missiles are just in the barrel easy to lose unless you are shooting and looking where they fall. But the kids sure love all the shooting things. The old VCR tapes hangar is used by Zoids, Diaclone reboot, Joytoy Titanfall alike Mechs and now Snap ships
Cool, I like a gimmick so I'm sure I'll enjoy it. I read that and I was like, whaaat then I looked again and this time I saw it, that is very clever.
Got to level 10 in the app and unlocked this evil looking Komplex 'spider' tank. I can see why it's at level 10, you need two Sawflys, two Scorpions and the Battle Pack Wasp to build this the way they've designed it! Thinking about it more, I think this design offers a good look at how the line could be quickly and easily expanded, as it is you need to spend around a hundred dollars to build that design but they could just release that as one of the ten dollar boxes to rival the Scythe tank. I could see this one being very popular for army building. Just checked and the Huntsman has a few more parts then the Scythe but the Huntsman wouldn't have the rubber treads so it evens out.

I'm probably alone in this, but every time I look at these things I get a Dino Riders vibe. The only reason I can think of for this is the color scheme on the good guys is similar, and the bad guys reminds me of one of the ant baddies. This has made me realize that I would pay good money for a line like this, but where you built robotic dinosaur war machines. Ideally one where the pilots were similar to the minifigs that came with the Dragons Universe sets. Here's the fleet I've had time to assemble. I haven't had a chance to mess around with custom builds yet, but I have a strong suspicion that the Gladius and Trident will be getting cannibalized this weekend. The Trident's cockpit is almost wide enough for a Halo minifig, but nowhere near tall enough. I think I might need a bigger shelf in my office.
Decided to build some opposition for the forge battlecarrier before it gets disassembled. Turned out a bit busy, but thats kind of the nature of the komplex greebles. Rather then change it, it will probably just get torn down and rebuilt long instead of wide. Ended up missing the forge tanks and a komplex ship on the last destruction round, so was able to build some semblance of small escorts, though I'd like to build some in-between sized destroyers and cruisers, just need more blocks
Cool idea for a follow up line or expansion, I've been thinking that I'd really like to see Jayce & the Wheeled Warriors done like this or maybe just introduce a third race of space living plant ships lol. The Diaclone mushroom peg is the same as the waist peg on the Tri figures. If anyone has those figures - you can test this out for us. I want to know if they do connect, if the rotate and are loose - or if it is a nice tight connection
Very nice Fleets look like carriers deploying fighters for a starwar/battle? Far too cool. Only got 3 and waiting for all the rest already ordered. This are too much fun to leave, already ordered a second lance, scythe and sawfly to go with the tank, mech and walkerbug variations. Meanwhile the Lancerover.
