Not too many upgrade sets out there for Jetfire. Someone in the customs section was working on some of the stuff you're asking about.

The best I've seen prior to this listing is the Matrix Workshop ears (the rare MW kit that actually fits and works out of the box without mods). Actually looks pretty good and that big connecting bar really does 'disappear' when applied thanks to the backpack. Someone even figured out how to store in alt mode.

I’m about to start the Siege cartoon on Netflix but a friend of mine has already watched it an out right told me that I’m gonna want the sword. I just picked it up on tfsafari.

 

Gotsta have. Preordered a couple. This is a no-brainer even before seeing the show.

I'll get mine hopefully in a few days as it just cleared customs. Ordered 2 for dual wielding. Although there was no way for SL to tell before the series came out that his sword is actually purple in the show, maybe they'll be good guy blue in the next series. SL based the kit off the poster / promo art.

 

It's purple? Always looked blue on my TV. What scene does it look purple in?

 

Um, all of them. The blade itself is a bluish purple. Different than the promo art. His thrusters are reddish purple like the other Decepticon jets.

May need to calibrate TV then. Default settings tend to be way off and people's homes are not showrooms for various TV models.

Those are direct screen captures from Netflix in web browser with no color editing. Computer monitors, although still needing calibration, tend to be more accurate than TVs.

 

I change my tv color settings for just about anything I watch so maybe it just looked better to me that way and the blue sword was a coincidence
