I haven't got any connection to that Rogue costume but it appears to use the pinless tech like the new Storm so it should represent a step in the right direction for ML females and Pyro looks decent although I wish they'd made some new flame effects that actually plug into his flamethrowers.

My ML wants list is now,

Had somewhat forgotten about that Punisher but that's also on my radar as whilst I'm not really arsed about the bike, the figure's nice and that Uzi is perfect for Classified Series Snake Eyes.

 

I'll be honest, I've been fine with the "sci-fi" gun he comes with. I thought I'd want the classic look too, but in hand it works much better to me than the Uzi - a point and spray weapon that it never made a lot of sense for a Ninja to be carrying anyway.

Speaking of which....Steve Rogers turned up this evening.

HasUK are fucking around with this Wave of figures too, each figure arriving in its own case and weeks between them. So it's not just TFs.

Been messing around with dotm skyhammer today. After someone in radicons posted him as classics blackout, decided to do the same. He's been in storage so long, I'd forgotten what a sweet copter mode he has.

 

I think Runamuck's car mode looks weird because all the joins are glaringly obvious, like he's not quite been transformed all the way. A nod to their Infiltration "ramming dudes mode", presumably  

Anyone need boxes / inserts / instructions for MMC Carnifex / Spartan / Tyrantron or Toyworld Orion? Can supply closeup pictures as they all have shelf wear... no idea on pricing so guessed at £10 each plus post? I will cover fees?

 

Good point on the Uzi in terms of not being ideal for a stealth based operative, and to be honest I'll probably display Snake Eyes holding the sword for the most part but the option of an Uzi for old times sake is an option I'd still like and I was likely getting that Punisher anyway so it's a nice bonus.

I saw a video review where somebody had put the Duke head on an 80th Anniversary Cap body and it worked really well. Of the initial batch of Classified figures he's probably next likely for me to buy on the Joe side of things, I'd prefer a Scarlett with more of a classic colour scheme and Roadblock's ludicrous gun would be a nice addition to the arsenal of my ML Rocket Raccoon figures  

Thanks for the explanation of why it's taking longer than usual for a complete wave to arrive in stock, just my luck that the last one Star are waiting for is the other half of my order but considering there was initial doubt over whether the UK would get Snake Eyes at all a bit of a wait will work out better than nothing at all in the long run.

 

I hope Double-Dealer is worth it, I’ll almost definitely be buying him tomorrow.

judging by how “meh” Runamuck looks, it seems there really isn’t any good stuff in Wave 3 besides Trailbreaker, who I predict will be a big hit with most people. Sunstreaker a bit too dumpy, Runamuck has huge gaps and the grey guy has his entire legs on 5mm pegs like Sixgun, meaning they’re likely to get loose.

however, Runabout will probably look a lot better, seeing as he’ll be completely black, hiding the gaps. Annoying that he’ll probably be harder to get.

 

Yeah, I'm waiting for my other Snake Eyes from Star Action too - each retailer seems to have had a different assortment at different times as Kapow had Snake weeks back.

Second Snake Eyes will be getting a bunch of Deadpool's stuff to make a different look, plus some silver paint on his visit.

I thought I was going to resist these things, but now I need the Core Team to go with Snake and a couple of Red Ninjas for him to square off with. And that's how the slippery slope turns into a sheer drop......... 

So is Smokescreen turning up this month......or not? That's likely to be the only TFI see for a few months if he is.

 

My initial plan was Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow...things quickly escalated,

I have both Destro variants and Snake Eyes pre-ordered.

I'll likely get the dark blue COBRA Commander and a couple of Troopers to stand either side of him.....if there's a non Target Exclusive release that's ever available here for more than 15 seconds.

I'd also like Baroness without the bike and am waiting to see what the regular Storm Shadow is like as I'm not fussed about the Arctic one.

Duke and the Red Ninja are also under consideration and I'd be all over a figure of Shipwreck if they remembered the parrot!
