I've emailed countless UK companies without reply recently, presumably because of you know what... Maybe up the tone as the most you can do anyway?
    ...

BBTS haul that should have been here weeks ago.

I have to ask - where do you store the piles of stuff you seem to be constantly buying!? I don't have that many bots but I still struggle to store all the boxes in my house!

I ordered my Siege Select Tapes with ‘em waaaaaay back before lockdown.
Before they dispatched the owner emailed me asking if I needed to amend my delivery address (it was originally headed to my workplace), so in my experience it was excellent service.

They are not listed as a UK limited company.

I found this on the TFW2005 site. Might be worth messaging Sunstreaker318. He seems to be the owner or works for the company:

All I do is install shelves lol, where most people wouldn't have them in their living room I don't care! The boxes get chucked, no way I could keep them.

    Monday.

Still no further movement on my Magic Square Seekers or MFT Highbrow or nothing from Star Action Figures relating to Snake Eyes and Destro....I know they have Destro in stock but mine won't ship until they get Snake Eyes.

No enquiries on my Hot Toys figures that I also listed on some Facebook forums, exactly 3 weeks until the HasLab Sentinel deadline so I might have to chance it with ebay.

Watched several old World of Sport matches on YouTube featuring Mark "Rollerball" Rocco who's just passed away. His matches with the Dynamite Kid were phenomenal and as the original Black Tiger he also had some belters with Tiger Mask. I also discovered he helped train Jushin "Thunder" Liger and found a great picture of him from Japan in the early 80's where he was working out with both British Bulldogs, Tiger Mask and Bret Hart, so much talent in one image!

During one of the matches commentator Kent Walton made reference to Dynamite having gained about 4 stone in weight since he first went to North America. He didn't mention how that was achieved :D

Actually watched 7 minutes of AEW this week but only because it was an MJF promo. Dude's only 24 and so far beyond the rest of the shit on that roster it's ridiculous. Easily the best talker to emerge since CM Punk and from what I've seen from his in ring stuff when he was in MLW he's very old school and doesn't rely on flips and flops or unfunny "comedy" to get things done.

    This made me guffaw.
which is difficult if the original Avengers series (Tara King episodes) is not the cause.

Cloth from my boss at work for my wife to make to make me a mask...ironic as my jokey name for boss-lady is 'Bad Cop'.

...but then I do do stupid things like renovate Playmobil stuff for her....

and another late-night painted beaky joins the bike gang, and I am now having to create my own handlebars for the broken ones!

Some cool pick-ups TF and otherwise from the boot yesterday but I done did and deleted my piccy.

That Grand Scourge repaint is from what I remember insanely overpriced on the secondary market, but I agree, I'd have loved a few evil limb bots to go with him.

Ahhh the self enablement is strong with this one.

That is a losing battle we've all fought with ourselves.

I'll add my name to the heap who thinks ROTF Bludgeon fits the CHUG shelf well. I think that track issue was to do with how much fresh air they were exposed to? Like those kept in containers didn't fair as well. Mine has done well and it's been out on a shelf since I first got it 2009/10

If you are after something smaller though, the RID Bludgeon is quite nice too. And quite easy to mod into a headmaster if you are so inclined.

I'd have happily taken coneheads with a similar head setup as the classics version. But I suppose that would have meant no ball jointed neck.

Stick me down for one of those neon numbskulls too.

Congratulations dude! Take a well earned rest :p

I bought the Select cassettes from them and they were grand to deal with. best to contact them via facebook messenger though, they responded quickly to me that way.

So I saw @Seeaich's alert about the cheap slitherfangs, clicked the link incase there was any left and....

I guess scarcity really does drive prices up.

I feel ya dude. Today is my first day back in the office, and definitely felt the fear on the way in. But so far so good, everyone was given their own covid 19 kit with wipes and sprays, we've masks, I'm only in one day a week to start.

Everyone keeps telling me that rule 7. was directed at my specifically, because I'm always getting the teas in.

Marvel Has Reportedly Agreed To All Of Brie Larson’s MCU Requests
Staggering if true because they haven't known what to do with her up to now. In their terms she seems too powerful as a character.

Like Parker I'm hoping she'll come into her own once they've gotten her away from cameos and a bad introduction movie... You know, actually give her a script to work with. FFH was fantastic after the damp squib that was Homecoming.

You do have to wonder who they'll be presenting as a threat to her for her own movie never mind who it would take to threaten the team. And if fandom, or the worst of it, feels like she's only there as a political act... Again, like Tom Holland, give her a bloody script, it's the only way we'll ever know.

Rollerball was a wrestler that caught my attention as a kid, I was really sad to hear of his passing. The flashy ring gear combined with the bad attitude as he stormed around the ring like a bull that had been kicked up the backside made him a standout. He was an innovator in that he worked heel but wrestled face with all the top rope offence he crammed in, he got away with it because his heel character work was so good.

William Regal's spoken about the importance of Rollerball, Sayama, the Harts at Stampede and Marty Jones in ushering in modern wrestling. It was a cross-pollination of styles and experience from the UK, Japan, North America and Mexico that influenced Dynamite, Liger and many, many more.

MJF's great but it's harsh to call the rest of the AEW roster shit. There's a lot of talent in there and gimmicks that work well for the target audience. Even Brian Last was high on the show the other week, and Corney in full gimmick, didn't completely bury it for a change.

Just watched the new Muppet show on Disney+. It was ok, but agree that Kermit sounds wrong. I was telling my wife about it, and wondered why they couldn’t get an actor who actually sounded like Kermit, when Alexa said she didn’t know.
Oh well, at least the great Muppet caper is on there.

Will do but it'll be ages before I decide how many army builders, for talk's sake, I'm actually keeping. As it is I pretty much have to chuck boxes immediately as you might imagine!

Last night was the titans, it's bloody criminal destroying that artwork alone but I can't put it on a wall and the boxes are enormous...

I saw Regal's comments on his social media, I always like hearing what he has to say.

None of those guys were physically huge but they also managed to make what they did look like actual contests....wrestling only works when you can suspend your disbelief just like any TV show or movie. Without somewhat believable action and compelling characters it's.........what we get from AEW and WWE today.

MJF aside I do not see any entertainment value elsewhere, in either the so called "Elite" or the other assorted amateur hour "talent", whether it's Orange Cassidy, Marko Stunt, tag teams that don't even know how to tag properly or Chris Jericho trying to be down with the kids as he approaches 50 years old.....it's all so cringey it makes the last 18 months of WCW look like the peak of the Hulkamania or Attitude eras.

I'm far from AEW's target audience and am only looking at it from what I would term acceptable enough to be able to sit and watch without squirming uncomfortably in my seat.

I've tried to sit through a whole episode but couldn't manage more than about 10 minutes before having to go and do something else that may or may not have involved brain bleach.

The hardcore fanbase for AEW would have us all believe this is how wrestling has "evolved".

If that's the case I'll stick to watching old stuff on YouTube or the WWE Network and get my fix that way.
