I been out of the TF collecting since ummm MP Ironhide and Ratchet came out.

I noticed theres alot of 3rd party devastators out now, i always wanted the maketoys giant and saw it has been ko. Is there a better KO or 3rd party devastator thats out now?

Toyworld Constructor; it's regarded as one of the best combiners of this era, and the combiners right now are amazing.

Genetation Toy Gravity Builder might suit you better, but then again, most of the newer combiners are in line with Constructor.

i really like Maketoys Giant. The individual bots aren't perfect, but Devestator is amazing and scales better with CW/POTP then the Titan version

Depends on what size and budget you have in mind.
    1) If you are looking for around 28 cm (like MT giant or CW Superion size), you can buy the downsize KO version of CW Devastator set. See the details here, it's very cheap. Full set might be around $50
    KO CW Devastator (Downsized confirmed)

    2) If you are looking at MP scale, the largest size combiner 3P offering, you can buy the TW Constructor. It's more expensive, full set might be $500+

    3) if you are looking at MP scale, and on a limit budget, I would suggest get the JinBao KO OS version of GT gravity + upgrade kit. It's very nice set (since GT gravity is good), plus it's cheap (less than $200 for 6 MP scale figures), and almost as tall as TW Constructor with upgrade kit.

On this pic, the left one is Jinbao KO OS, the right is TW version

    TOYWORLD CONSTRUCTOR

Without a doubt is the best for Devastator for the Masterpiece line.

don't buy that, it's 1:1 KO of GT gravity, with some simplification, and worse quality.

    MP Constructor scales with MP’s.

The official Devy, GT’s and TFC’s scales with Voyager sized figures.

MakeToys Giant scales with a deluxe/scout sized collection or perhaps even Legends scale stuff.

I thought that also CW KO Devastator was very weak but compared to NBK,in combiner mode you can clearly see appears much stronger? For me I'll buy a JJ orange Devastator ,no matter if is weak, is so cheap and orange color is beautiful ,and head is better than NBK.
I didn't neither know that Giant received a KO ,hope that is also rather strong. Original one is still too expensive on Ebay.

I'm not sure if it's a KO. I bought one from Taobao, seller said it is factory goods. I suspect it is factory rejects, like some others here have mentioned. Quality and packaging looks legit.

The only issues I had were Scrapper's feet were misassembled, which I had to unscrew and swap them. On my copy, he is also missing a fuel tank on one side. That's why I suspect it is factory reject.

Also, the ratchet in Hook's crane swivel also broke after a few turns. I had to apply some clear acrylic paint to tighten it, so that it now depends on friction, since the ratchet is broken.

Other than that, everything else seems fine.
