I hope Hasbro announces Doublecrossers release soon, being a TT Mall exclusive will mean I can't just get it from Amazon Japan like I did with Rung. :/

 

Dumb question, are the Generations Selects going to be released in Japan like the Unit 3 Spy Patrol 4 pack?

usually they have not, I always end up importing them but it has happened . For example Takara said on their twitter a week or so ago that they plan on releaseing Centurion drone with weapon pack

and it happened with the Monsterbot one ( but was that selects ? or just a hasbro convention one ? )

 

Nothing much. They just decided that their releases will be identical to the Hasbro ones rather than having different paint jobs. Since some people can't be happy unless they have something to complain about, there are complaints. I, for one, am happy that I don't have to double dip to get all the different paint jobs. I have more than 30 versions of the original classics seeker. I hate to think of doing that again for the new ones...

Grotusque and Repugnus were sold as two separate exclusives by Hasbro (one at TRU and one at Amazon); they were released before the Selects line started. The two-pack of both of them together was a Takara-only thing.

 

I think getting one of each seeker (from both lines but specifically ER, is worth spending a little extra. QUESTION IS; where can you order them? Hasbro or Takaras? (same toy obvi, but you know what I mean lol)

As for the TC+SW pack - if you're in the US, watch the Target website page for them, the Target thread on these boards, and Popfindr/Brickseek (if you have a local Target). They're still showing up intermittently, but you have to move quick.

 

Thanks friend *ordered* and yeah I totally have been watching Targets website for those tc/sw 2pks AND the cartoon turtles releases and I'm getting no where unfortunately. I didn't have a phone or Internet for 2 weeks tho I think the Takara option might be easier. Is there a place to order the Takara versions easy, is what I was hoping for. Waiting isn't a problem.

Takara never released Skywarp, so likely that. Given how expensive Siege Skywarp’s already become, this is still good news. Hopefully this creates something of a price ceiling for those who still need one.

 

Was Siege Skywarp ever released in any way over there? If Siege Ratchet is only getting released there in a few months & he was exclusive, I see no reason Skywarp couldn’t.

If not, Sunstorm is definitely the next most popular seeker needing release.
