I got my Exhaust from Pulse, everything's tight on him, including both knees (I don't have Wheeljack out to compare as I'm decorating my home office desk with Decepticons).

 

Just got Skylynx, and as a huge NASA Space Shuttle fan, I did base mode first. Disappointed to see that the tab that holds the shuttle onto the crawler/Lynx sticks out too far to leave a level bottom, so the red outriggers have the nob of stabilizing the whole thing. Unless I'm doing it wrong.

I did make my own transformation if the base, though, to provide a pair of Tail Service Masts like the real shuttle had.



Snugged up close to the aft section, they provide umbilicals for fuel, power, comms, etc. At least in my head they do.

Edit: The shuttle does NOT like to stand up on its pegs, anybody else have that?

 

Not sure if that's a true issue or intentional. The ports inside the shuttle thrusters taper, so pegs can't go very far. Blast effects plastic squishes down while solid pegs will obviously not. The outer diameter is sized correctly on the thruster ports.

Regardless, the way to stabilize the shuttle is to tab in the ramp on the notch of the shuttle bay door while it's open.

I was gonna ask why so many people here have photos putting Scorponok against Megatron, but then I remembered that the box art already did that.

 

  Megatron is not fighting with Scorponok ...he is explaining how they would both benefit from an alliance against the autobots on the display behind him...

 

Various poses with Sky Lynx. Only feet (or just one foot in last pic) are touching the ground for support. The toes and heels may not seem that strong at first but they need to be properly positioned for dynamic posing.

Goddammit, why'd you have to go and make me want Ironworks as an accessory for Grapple & Hoist.

 

If Ironwork's left arm doesn't plug in, it's because of a warped port. The Greasepit remold fixed this. If you have a 5mm drill bit (must be metric and not nearest standard bit), you can fix it in a few seconds. No power tools needed, just twist by hand until it stops catching the port.

 

I literally did this with a screwdriver yesterday after getting iron works on sale from Amazon. Super simple fix, but necessary, especially after my grapple peg busted. Fortunately, grapple is in the running for shelfwarmer of the year so I'm not too worried about replacing him.

 

Got Scorponok today, as well as Sky Lynx a week prior. Should post pics of them tomorrow, it's getting late.

Also... anyone got any guesses on these Battle Masters?
Everything aside from the Battle Masters in the picture checks out, and from what I've seen, Soundbarrier and Doublecrosser don't match these shield guys at all. Must be like another wave or something.

I only have Sky Lynx so far but I'm really excited to find the others soon hopefully.

 

There hasn't been a listing for a Netflix Ironhide. The unannounced Netflix listings we have are Cheetor, Barricade, Deep Cover, and "Quintesson" (presumably Allicon, maybe Bailiff).

 

Unfortunately the shuttles are designed like that.
