Good to see everyone getting theres, I got my shipping confirmation on Monday from TFSource so he'll be mines soon! Can't wait. I have a question for anyone reading this. I'm just getting into the IDW comics and bought several of the collected soft and hardcover books. So far I've only read The Wreckers Saga, I have All Hail Megatron, Vol. 1-3 of Phase 1 books, Dark Cybertron & Lost Light coming in the mail. I wanted to know what books actually had the DJD in them? I want to read about their stories because as a group these guys are very interesting. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks

 

They were some of the villains in More than Meets the Eye Season 1 and 2. You can read it in Amazon's Comixology website for free if you sign up for a free trial of Unlimited.

I would love to see the DJD show up in another continuity. Wish IDW would do Animated Season 4 & a continuation of the Aligned continuity where we could get alt versions of the DJD.

 

I would love to see versions of them in numerous universe's especially transformers prime and the aligned continuity.

 

Seeing Mors like that makes me excited for when I can finally get charged for my BBTS order. I already have a shelf planned to move my third party figures (Except my custom-stickered Mech Ideas Gauntlet, he's staying next to G1 Ironfist) where I shall stage an epic battle between the DJD and Overlord.

Cliffjumper fights dirty. Also, I should note that even Mors' tiny little arms can support the weight of a small deluxe, which totally impressed me.

My PSX order finally arrived today.

 

I keep seeing pictures of mors mistransformed like this so in case anyone actually isn't aware; the first large panel of the tank directly behind the cockpit has its own double hinge. You need to fold it up first to create the "hoody" behind his head (which is how the character is meant to look, its part of Helex's design) and then this will also allow you to have the rear panel sat in the correct position, freeing up the clearance for the waist as well so you can get full rotation out of it.

 

Whoops. Thanks! The back of the box also has his backpack in the incorrect position for some of the photos.

 

Yup even the official pics can be wrong sometimes since the photographers tend to have to take them without instructions or fore-knowledge lol. The first panel also tabs down a bit tighter so some folks might not even think it can be moved up.

 

I'll admit that I was just so excited to have him in hand that I forgot that was how he was supposed to look. A phenomenal figure that's a joy to mess with, it's a shame about the lack of ratchets but he's still instantly become one of my favorite Reformatted figures.

 

Just got mine today. I can't believe how COMMANDING of a presence Mors has on the shelf, and just how beefy he is! He makes Carnifex look normal sized! Spot-on agree with everything @lordcryotek said, especially with the legs being the only downside. Super glad I picked up Mors, and makes a great addition to the shelf.
