I messaged the writer of cyberverse and asked him this Yeah so the quintessons destroyed the aligned continuity, animated, unicron trilogy etc.

 

Alligned is having a natural conclusion with Rescue bots academy, Animated is really up for you to decide and thee unicron trilogy also had a fitting conclusion.

Universes can end and not be "canceled" really the omly show cancelled was animated other that that most series just ended as all things do.

 

Well that is a way to wrap thing up but I would expect more exiting oh well .

Well, since you just listed these three... I guess I would be the only person who would say good riddance. Then again, these three were some of my least favorite continuities.

However, that etc is what bothers me. Which other universes have been erased is what I'm wondering.

I highly doubt the Quintessons could even come close destroying a solar system, let alone a universe, when at no point in this arc have we actually seen things get to universal-apocalypse levels of power and destruction. It felt more like a planetary invasion of wacky characters at best.

I feel as if they're not being serious here, but I feel like too many people will take it as official canon.

 

So does this idea apply to Cyberverse as well? Did the Quintessons just come back and vaporize everybody off screen?

I'll just echo @CyberstormSM's opinion, and add on that Randolph's statement is legitimately stupid, and beyond that, insulting to the writers of literally every other Transformers continuity.

 

It's clearly a joke, said multiverse in Cyberverse refers to Cyberverse-like universes.

 

Yeah he’s clearly joking. Besides, even after shows get cancelled the universe’s get revisited so it’s not actually destroyed. Return of Blurr was made six years after Animated ended.

It is kinda funny to think about though. It’s just a conspiracy to hide the Quintessons from us.
