I hope this is not all that will be revealed at Fan Expo in Hong Kong this Wednesday.

 

Knowing our luck it probably is.

 

This should be the easiest way to get all the exclusives for me (if Peru finally opens their goddamn mail services).

 

So I've seen the ABGee listing for Selects Ratchet, but it has the item number being E9691, and has pictures of Rotorstorm. Go over to Pulse and look at Rotorstorm's product page, and it has Rotorstorm as E9691. Do we have another credible source for Selects Ratchet that gives it a different product number currently? If not, it may well have gotten cancelled/bumped/delayed. Earthrise Ratchet being delayed indefinitely might have prompted Takara to go ahead and put the Siege one on their schedule.

Even if that's not the case, getting a run at Siege Ratchet isn't bad for Japan since even in the most optimistic outcome where our Selects Earthrise Ratchet would come out in, say, December right behind Ironhide's two pack, it'd still probably be five or six months before Takara would get around to incorporating it in their line. Half a year-ish between versions seems reasonable enough.

Later said he found a listing for selects Ratchet along with 2 more multipacks that Didn’t have specific names. He didn’t provide SKU numbers for them though.

Interestingly though he noted the Price of selects Ratchet was priced like a leader class figure for some reason in TRU’s system (most likely a mistake)

I also don’t know what’s going on with Abgee, they have been mislabeling certain Hasbro products with names of other future Hasbro products recently. Just one other example is them labeling PR lightning Collection In Space Yellow as MMPR Green.

I agree though it’s great that this version of the mold is getting a release in Japan. Thinking about it now Takara is probably releasing this version of Ratchet to coincide with his appearance in the Netflix show.

 

Okay, if there's reason to think that this is just a weird Hasbro UK goof, I'll roll with it and not think about it too much.

 

None of this will be at Fan Expo, it's just the Japanese release of Hasbro stuff we already know about.

As already said I think this is takara simply putting new pre-orders up for already revealed Hasbro product as such there's no need for Hasbro HK to reveal it again at a fan expo.

Same could be said with the recent promos they are putting up on their Facebook.
