Seriously, though, I think a good chunk of WFC consider most Prime Wars stuff to be inferior and would be upset if it's anything from PWT.

 

I agree about the overall Siege aesthetic. I bought more Siege figures than I usually have in a set, and far more Autobots than I ever have in a set before. I liked the aesthetic for Iron Hide and Ratchet, and I only picked up Bluestreak because I liked the overall appearance of him best. Wound up with all three weaponizers, enjoy the Optimus, and Shockwave is fun in a "what if Shockwave got the Matrix of Leadership?" sense. I've gotten some ER, too, but I really enjoyed Siege's figures quite a bit.

 

What are the chances on another wave of availability here do you guys think? Never tried to snag one as it was released before...

.... I personally don't see how two shoulder pads, a crown and a cape justifies a $20 price jump to leader class... Unless the shoulder pads are large enough to equal the mass of Astrotrain's armor box....or the cape turns into nova wings... I'd actually want that...

That and wouldn't it be too early for coronation Starscream? I'd expect that at the end of the ER cartoon or the beginning of Kingdom. (Although that could be WHY it's a spoiler pack)

And if you mean you're wondering if there's a third new release wave, there is a rumored wave thanks to Walmart listings. I remember deepcover, cheetor, barricade and a deluxe quintesson in the listings.

First, I'm not sure Hasbro won't disappoint by scrimping on mass.

But if they did the cape like the MP as a plastic cape with hinges, it would be close to the mass of Shockwave or Astrotrain's extra parts and not far off from the volume of Optimus' trailer.

Imagining a best case for 5 accessories:

Sculpted plastic cape with 2 hinges. Shoulder armor that tabs into vehicle mode holding the missiles. Maybe hinges on the null rays like the MP so they can tab in at the wrist but be positioned at elbow height. Crown sculpted on. Metallic reds and blues on a pearl/metallic silver base with gold painted crown.

 

while I stay away from figure lines based on one off shows, I am curious of these figures because of their G1 heritage...only problem is they are so small compared to the G1 Masterpiece line!

 

Hmm... If the plastic is used on the cape, then I could see it bumping it up. There is one thing that's bothering me with the Starscream theory tho.... (that isn't Giza)

Centurion. He comes with extra weapons and accessories that bumps it up to Voyager pricing but is still considered a deluxe due to his original molding. If Starscream was the Voyager mold in the spoiler pack, then why is it still labeled a leader class figure?

All this said, I honestly can't wait to see who it is, Nemesis Magnus, Kingscream or whatnot. I'm hyped.

On a smaller note, maybe Starscream doesn't have a figure yet because he's a wave 3 Voyager?

All said, the Nemesis Magnus thing makes a lot of sense to me, particularly as a pre-use of an Earth Magnus. My brain just wants to talk out other possibilities and right now I'm 55% convinced of a Nemesis Magnus, 40% leaning towards Coronation Starscream, and 5% leaning towards something we never thought of that's really obvious and straightforward like Studio Series Constructicon Overload in G1 Devastator colors with a G1 Devastator or Energon Demolisher head or that the 34 steps is a typo and it's just Astrotrain or Doubledealer with different battle damage.

The one thing I'm 99.9% sure of is it's a Decepticon.

I'm also pretty convinced it will be a much lower value for the money than the equal priced Quintesson set. But a better value than Takara Voyager Nemesis Prime which ran around $60 without a Battlemaster.
