I gotta say the more I look at Primal the more I'm thinking I'm in... Leo not so much there something overly regal/fantasy about him that doesn't jibe very well with my more sci-fi sensibilities. Im actually coming round to the idea of not having to to build or paint these guys and Primal's paint job looks great, plus the diecast parts have me intrigued.

Its going to be interesting long term to see if the Action and Model Fits halves of Furai continue to be two sides of the same coin or diverge into to separate entities. Will these figures also have model kit equivalents? Or is this something new that sits halfway between the kits and the 3K. stuff?

If you're in Germany you can use TF-Robots in the Netherland, they sell Flame Toys figures.

Flame Toys has at the moment 3 lines:
    1. Kuro Kara Kuri
    2. Furai Model
    3. Furai Action
The K3 figures are above my price limit but the Bomber Megatron is making it hard not to succumb.

Victery Leo also looks nice while Star Saber didn't do it for me.

While the Furai Action figures may look better than the Furai Models I've made, don't paint them or use the stickers, I like the proces of building them. Do hope that Leo Prime and Optimus Primal also appear in the Furai Model line.

Indeed if you have the time and skill to paint them the models they can look very nice indeed. I'm no professional but even my amateurish skills were enough to IMO vastly improve the look of these guys.

I hope Lio Conv- erm, Leo Prime isn’t too expensive for my brother’s sake. Bit worried they’re seemingly skipping the model kit line with him, but given the relative complexity of the figure (I think that’s a fabric cape) it makes sense.

    I'd guess he's probably $80-90

Why would he be so expensive?

I do like a good Optimus Primal. Is Furai Action their model kits? I can never remember.

And Leo Prime is working for me. The cape, the sword and more shield-y lion head. Very knightly with some of that crazier Gundam energy. I also dig Iron Factory's samurai take. I just like his design way better when they lean into something that plays off the kibble.

That Primal and Lioconvoy look neat.
But I can't help but think something Big is missing. Can't seem to think what. It's right on the tip of my trunk.......

First of all, the Lio Prime/Convoy looks stunning, it might be the first one of these figures I buy, I do hope they release it as a model kit aswell though.Second, imagine a Nova Prime with the same vibe as the Lio figure, that I would buy instantly!

Furai action is the figures pre-built and painted. Furai models are the kits you build yourself.

I, too, get crazy gundam vibes from Leo. I might grab one at some point if my funds allow it.

These reveals are really awesome!!! On Kuro Kara stuff, I'm not in on it, but the Victory Leo looks great! I can't wait to see the combined mode in people's photos. Rodimus looks good, But I'll wait for the model kit they already showed off.

Primal and Leo are really cool but I wish they were kits first. The Action Line is around $70 while kits are $30-$50. Either way, I'm definitely getting that Leo Prime, if they release a primal kit, I'll buy it and turn him into Apelinq or Primal Prime.

The "Furai Action" are pre-built and painted and Optimus Primal is confirmed to have diecast parts. Leo Prime is implied but we'll see when more information is revealed.

If the 'Furai Action' are to include diecast going forward, then I expect them to be priced similarly to Sentinel's 'Riobot' line. (i.e. 100+ USD)

Honestly if I didn't get into TF because of the puzzle-like aspect of their xformation, these would be my go to. Fortunately MP are finally getting higher levels of articulation.

    These look badass, though.

No, His Japanese name has always been Lio Convoy, changed to Leo Prime in the west.

Ok, I was also confused with the multiple Rodimii at first. I thought the K3 figure was based on the Don Figueroa design, but I guess that has been scraped in favor of the MTMTE design. Was above my price point anyway but it would have been nice to have that design available.

Glad to see the original Furai Rodimus is still proceeding as planned.
