Yea he’s pretty cool. It’s a shame that TW does not believe customer service. Haha. So after OG I’m done. No more Constructors. With 2 X versions, battle damaged yellow and OG I have reached my limit. Too expensive and it’s a space killer.

 

Ordered my first Constructor over 2 months ago from @ShowZStore . Still waiting. It's been at a sorting center one town over for about 20 days.

Junk, i'm impatient: the UPS website says my package was in a place about 50 Km far from home, today at 7:00 am. It's now 17:15 pm and it didn't arrive. The estimated delivery date would be tomorrow - okay - but come on!

I did get to assemble my X version and as survey the space in my study/dudecave I am thinking of perhaps unloading one of the X versions I bought and the OG version. I just don’t know. I have the yellow battle damaged and it is easy to move and pose and I have been hearing that the OG is just a nightmare to move and position so that one could go as well. If I get good offers for them I’ll puff them and save some space. Yea, it would be nice to have two sets and have one as backup, but at this point I might be leaning towards selling. Two X versions was an impulse. One might be enough for me.

 

How’s the QC on the X version?

 

IMO, this set's value will take a major hit once another MP option becomes available... That might be a while yet, but at some point I imagine it's bound to happen. The special repaints might still retain some value, though I still imagine they too will see a drop, but I would bet the standard set's value will crash hard.

 

Mine is flawless. It’s not bad compared to what others have stated so i got lucky. Arms are a little tight, but you have to pull out and rotate or you risk damaging the ratchets I assume. One thing for all those who are buying him for the first time. Don’t lose these pieces. One had already popped off. Those plastic notches go on the side of Scrapper to hold him arms in place in combined mode. A flawed design for sure. You think the lazy asses at TW would have engineered them by now to be permanent. Duh.

 

Good to know. As much as I love the dirty yellow, that’s truly a display piece. I need a Devy I can mess with and prefer a G1 green version.

 

Al things lose value except perhaps FT dibots and a few other things they have produced. So yea, it’s a reality for this set. I am hemming and hawing on whether or not to sale the OG versión when it gets here. Stuck somewhere between here and China. Hell maybe, it’s lost at sea. Oops

 

I guess my point is, unless you're happy to keep these set or money is no issue, you might not want to sit on several of them. This particular set is a bad investment IMO...not that action figures are ever great investments, but this one is more like Circuit City stock.
