Anyone order snapdragon and get a shipping notice?

Looks like I may have ordered a day too late.

 

I considered redoing my order to include both until I saw the added shipping charge, which was for Snapdragon as the discount for Scorponok included enough to also negate his shipping charge.

Having the same worry. Don't have much experience ordering from Gamestop so I don't know how reliable they are with toys. Who here has ordered from them before? Have they ever cancelled an order due to lack of availability?

 

I have always had good luck with GameStop with Star Wars Black Series. Hopefully that carries over to Tf’s.

 

Ordered Sky Lynx today and it says awaiting product availability. Does this mean it’s a preorder or should it just ship sometime soon? Those who have received Sky Lynx or have had their orders ship, what were the steps of processing like and how much time between order to arrival?

 

Sounds like a preorder. It was in stock when I ordered Monday. On track to arrive tomorrow. So I’d say a 3 day window when it does come in stock again.

 

GameStop came through for me!

Sucks but hopefully there’s movement by next week. I went to look at the listing on the app and the add to cart is now greyed out, so I’m hoping they have the stock for our orders and they’ll ship eventually.

Also judging from the replies here and the one post on reddit, I’m wondering how many people really ordered him lol. Doesn’t seem like that many

 

When I spoke with their customer service Tuesday morning trying to figure out difficulties with payment the rep said something about 39 being sold. That quantity sounds low if it is accurate. Just being available through their app which didn't want to accept payment for some customers must have limited sales.

 

It’s really weird. My first time ordering a fig from GameStop and while I like the fact that they don’t charge you until it ships, I would really like more info on expected ship date and everything vs the maybe it comes maybe your order gets cancelled vibe they’re giving out right now

 

So I have always had good luck with figures from GameStop. They dropped the ball this time. Skylynx “shipped” on Tuesday, label created, but never moved. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, now it’s pending. I called customer service and the first rep was awful. Second rep was helpful and was going to put a request in to find the package. I now have an email saying my replacement or refund I requested might take two weeks. I never talked about a refund or replacement. Really disappointed in this experience.

 

That sucks man. Here’s hoping that they still send you your fig instead of refunding you. I’m hoping that next week all these orders will finally ship

 

I think thats just the generic email that means the request has been sent up. I got one for a package of 3 games, but turns out UPS marked the package with a different tracking number after it was sent.

I have ordered/preordered a number of Black Series figures from GameStop and never had any real issues, so I am not concerned yet. I was able to easily place my order for Sky Lynx on the site and not the app. The only change I have seen so far was that it originally called it a preorder, but now just says the order is processing and waiting new stock.
