Was looking at mine (also lot 01081) and was having issues. The left wing on on Thundercracker was quite bad, and Skywarp's left wing was a little loose, so I decided to do a little science experiment. I yanked the left wing off Starscream, pulled on Skywarp's until it fell off, and gently touched Thundercracker to remove his. Swapping between the figures it became clear that Thundercracker's wing was very problematic, falling off even Starscream's peg. Starscream's wing behaved about the same as Skywarp's on both Skywarp and Thundercracker, leading me to believe the peg on both figures was also a secondary issue on both.

I compared the left wing of both Starscream and Thundercracker. It became apparent that there was a pretty significant flaw in the mold or as part of the injection process on Thundercracker. I compared the wing to the left wing of Skywarp and the right wing of Thundercracker (solid) and noticed this was the only one with the flaw:

    wing2.jpg

I don't know that the notch itself is important, but the excess material in that spot spilling into the hole there and disrupting the otherwise perfect circle definitely is. So, I pulled out the Dremel and an Xacto and got to work:

    cut.jpg

After making the cut, the left wing was as solid as it was with Skywarp. So, I went ahead and made an insert for both Skywarp and Thundercracker to keep the peg split per previous recommendations. I used a product tag from some new shoes, folded it a few times, and trimmed to size:

    peg.jpg

Pegged the wing back on both and it is dead solid now. Maybe still a hair further out than the right wing (the photo below is a pessimistic look at it), but it's not noticeable at all and more importantly the wing pegs in during transformation and no longer flops off easily:

    That’s a double confirm on optimusfan’s trick.
Cutting that tiny notch out works like a charm. No peg widening was needed. Snaps right on.
(did a rough cut with a razor, it’s an easy shave)

    Yoodaman ops!

This is a warning to all my fellow collectors. Both of my seekers have their own issues that should be noted and could be a running problem with others units of this 2 pack.

Thundercracker: Mine has poor molding and deformation on the back, right behind where the cockpit sits.

Skywarp: Mine came missasembled with 2 right arms.

I will post photos as soon as I can get to them as I am currently away from my house.

Just got mine in the mail from Target. The only issue is a slight wing separation on Skywarp. Even less that what Starscream had. So much so, that the wing stays in during transformation. I’ll fix it as well. Thundercracker’s perfect, though.
I do wish Hasbro had painted the stripes on the vertical wings. Looks a little bare.

I got one seeker set with no major QC issues, then more recently I got the opportunity to get a second set, and wasn't quite so lucky. Thundercracker had a poppy-off wing, and Skywarp's crotch-plate moved out of alignment when flipped up. Since Thundercracker got the worst spin in the QC lottery, I focused on Skywarp. I swapped heads, so the "Whaaa???" face went to 'Cracker (apparently stunned at the state of his wing) and swapped the crotch-aprons as well, which oddly enough fixed the issue for both.

Thanks to OptimusFan's post, I fixed up Thundercracker's wing, so both toys are in pretty good shape now, though I left the heads swapped, so I guess Thundercracker is just surprised at how easily he was fixed up now. :)

Thanks, worked for me as well, didn't even have to take much off either.

Mine is a bit weird as a set; Skywarp is so tight that I had to shave the pegs off the wings and fuselage to get the wings to tab in and clear the body at all. Thundercracker had the wonky wing (now fixed thanks to the quoted post) and one super tight one that probably would be fine, but since I was shaving Skywarps, shaved that wing as well. Now they're super. Overall, it was a very nice present for my birthday from family.

Happy enough, TC’s bot joints are looser than Starscreams whilst Skywarp’s seem tighter though the transformation bit the nosecone is attached to is noticeably looser on both 26D43E40-80AE-4B5C-91DD-7460033D47E4.jpeg

Got mine in and my wings are all fine. Better than Starscream which has a little separation but clicks back in after. Biggest issue is an ever so slightly misfired pin which caused a bit of stress marking at the waist joint pivot on one side. Doesn’t look like enough to warrant a return though.

I got my set today delivered from ID Toys. No issues with either figure, QC and paint are all perfect.

I like both characters equally but Thundercracker stood out to me especially. The blue they used for him is incredibly striking, equally so is Skywarps purple. They both look really good with Earthrise Starscream.

I vastly prefer the Earthrise seekers over Siege, even though they are less articulated, due to the fact that this is how I picture these characters in my head, they really do look like mini masterpieces. Not to say I don't like the Siege mold, I have Hotlink thats utilises it very well.

My one and only "gripe" is that I wish Skywarp had a more neutral face rather than the screaming one, I'm tempted to see if Earthrise Starscream goes really cheap, whether to buy a second figure for its head, though wouldn't know what to do with the rest of it.

My ER Thundercracker has a very floppy jet nose.
Seeing this board, I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue.

Are we done with the seekers now? We have Cybertronian and Earth modes. Do we need any other version?

I’ve not had any issue with mine, although the plastic quality seems weaker than Starscream.
