Re-checked mine.. it doesn't snap in place, the pegs just holds the "rockets thrusters" in place as far as I'm concerned.

It's not the same as Astrotrain.

 

More Doubledealer kwality kontrol - MELTED PLASTIC on his missile nosecone, wtf. I will try to unscrew and reattach so this will at least be on the underside of the missile and not prominently visible. If that is not possible I will have to go for an exchange.

Alt mode looks like total garbage , but the bot mode looks amazing!! I can't wait to get her.. Kinda wish they would have added a little bit of paint to here head and face bits as well.

How are the arm joints on your figure? Does your figure struggle to hold the large rocket in hand with the arms out straight and the weight/gravity takes over pulling the arm downwards?

Scorponok x Omega Supreme

Unlike Omega Supreme for which I did several mods, there's only one I want to do for Scorponok and going to see if feasible.

Edit:
Removing the visor for the alternate eyes is straightforward. Remove the purple panel from the forehead panel first. Then you can flip the forehead panel back enough to get at the visor screw. Just use a standard #0 Phillips screwdriver. Actually, this screw may not be needed afterward. The visor here is able to stay on OK without the screw.

For Scorpy I would try;
- articulated shoulder cannons
- a Marvel G1 UK face sculpt
- and maybe splaying scorpion legs
if the stock legs can come off.

 

Same here. I have the T30 Blitzwing and that mold's pretty trash, and Octane I only played with the Universe mold for a bit and that was kinda meh. Never tried the TR molds, but they seem cool, and the recentness of them shouldn't stop any new molds of them from coming, considering Astrotrain.

Yes, his right elbow joint is loose and tends to sag (as a few others in the thread noted).

I was able to detach the nosecone and reattach it upside down, so the melted part isn't really visible. Really disappointed in this figure, but I'm not energized enough over it to go deal with a hot summer outdoor masked social distancing line to get into Target just to try to make an exchange when they won't have anymore. Standing on the shelf, the toy looks like what I expected, so I'll keep it, but it's still a big letdown.
