well, if they don't have access to the machinery with the whole Covid shit show going on you/they aren't to be getting anything from them for a while.

Nope. I haven't got any update from Show Z Store yet. I even e-mailed Zeta Toys and they just referred me to the merchant, lol.

I just sent an email to Show Z Store for an update.

Wouldn't expect that they would need to do that. I am confident they have spare parts and fully assembled bots to handle returns. If they don't, then... they aren't interested in supporting their customers.

Has anyone had to get replacement parts and was successful with Zeta?

Well crap. My fireflight is missing the Right Tail Wing and my Silver Arrow is missing it's tail wing. Should I even bother reporting to Show Z? :C

Check in the box for the Silver Arrow tail fin. For me it was sitting in the same spot as Silverbolt (not in a bag). And yeah, I would email ShowZ - I did for a couple of parts that were cracked and they said they'll contact Zeta for parts.

Mine was missing a tail wkng. Baba said he sent zeta the picture and to be patient.

I have a feeling I'll be dicked around. Like how fanstoys has kept me waiting 7 months for terminus parts

I am in the same boat with Baba. In the past they have aways gotten me the replacement parts. But I am concerned a little, with the amount of people mentioning no parts after months of waiting. :(

You would think since Zeta Toys broke off from Toy World that they would at least try to differentiate themselves with better after-sale service.

Got a metallic Bruticon paid off and being shipped soon and hopefully the QC is okay...

I definitely would. Never settle for less when it comes to your money. We didn't pay to get defective products and or missing parts.

    Ebay:
I've had the same exact break on my SilverBolt. The screw is torn in half on the backpack wings. Ive contacted ShowZ twice, and the only reply the service person gives me, "we have to wait on the factory to send the replacement parts." going on 1 and half months +. I have no clue if they will send the screw, the back part assembly, since the screw is torn into the plastic. Is probably impossible to get that part out of the material. Or will they send a new bot that wont be broken upon packing him in the foam box.

I am hoping for a new bot myself, since most of the tail assembly integrates into the bot and would require a major overhaul to fix it myself. Agreed the screw cannot be removed. :(

I've done it, twice. Both for missing wing and a hip skirt (I think) off seperate figures. Just had to send a picture of the figure and box with the serial to the seller I got it from. I eventually got the parts. I think it's these unique times which is making things difficult for companies

I have the exact same problem. When I opened the box, the wing has broken and color mismatch. So disappointed. :(

Oh man ... that sucks. Looks like a common issue then :(

This section looks incredibly delicate, and a bad design. I bet most of these pieces will break off eventually with enough play.

I hope your supplier can replace that miss matched piece. Good luck and let us know how it goes. I still have mine in the TCP 'Pile of loot" waiting for me the ship it.

Me too Same broken wing for Silverbolt upon opening, and Fireflight is completely missing both air-intakes either side of the cockpit. Seller is saying parts should be arriving in August... Also... I bought 3 batteries to test the electronics in the 2 heads. Just clips from the cartoon, but after a few plays, both have stopped working. Just eyes flashing and a buzzing sound....

nice, only thing that would make it better (to my eye) is a chrome gold wrap on the thighs and waist, if you want to go all the way with the toy deco. yours looks awesome.

Silverbolt's wings were delivered broken just like yours. I ordered mine from ShowZStore and requested replacements and they said they would ask for replacements but it would take a up to a few months. Have you gotten your replacement parts yet? What were they.

As a bit of good news, I managed to fix it in a way that is acceptable for me. It doesn't look great if you're staring right at hit but it's not visible in any of the three finished modes. I'm not a pro-customizer or anything so if I can do it anyone can.

    1. With a Hobby Screwdriver (preferably Japanese) twist the screw and push it forward until the plastic circle tube pops out.
    2. Figure out the exact orientation of the plactic piece so you where what the most seamless connection is.
    3. Place the plastic tube betwwen the prongs of a plastic fork (it's tiny and I could not do this with just my fingers alone). Practice putting it in the exact desired position.
    4. Crazy Glue it on and press firmly for 10-15 minutes.
    5. WAIT 24 HOURS and screw back the wing handle without overscrewing.
    6. I actually screwed this up and it fell off after I overscrewed. If you screw this up like me then...
    7. The extra layer of glue actually makes it easier since now you can just glue it directly with the screw still inside. Just glue it in the exact alignment like before and press fr 15-20 min. As you apply pressure rotate the hinge and hook it up to the backpack kibble and leave it overnight. That's it.
